I am your regular customer since two years. I am habitual of reading books since my childhood. I have some other subscriptions also as you.
You need to add some more subjects of different different use. Just magzines reading is not covering whole area.

Well there it is...fair warning for all to read. This dodgy outfit have to be one of the most unscrupulous operators you could possibly find.
What's so sad is you would expect a service offering a reading service to have some sort of moral compass.
It is so despicable as this type of service is often used intermittently with people resubscribing as and when they want to do more reading.
However, they behave more like a cowboy bookmakers. Tricking people into automatic payments unlike any other online service I have used. They then repeatedly make the same excuse to the numerous scammed victims of their behaviour.
Their mealy mouthed generic emails are fooling no one.
Their method is to deliberately allow people to inadvertantly pay for a service they do not want then sight the T&C's as if they are fair.
The service will not survive this behaviour for long....but they will pocket enough loot to make it worthwhile for them, then dissapear just like any common bandit does.
