Treadmill
Highly not recommended !!!
Absolutely shocking approach to customer service, treadmill has been purchased with next delivery option, however was delivered day after that, restylefitness trying to argue and do not want to refund one day delivery charges.
When I tried to cancelled delivery I have been threaten, that additional charges will be apply and deducted from my refund.Power plate
Web ordering was easy and simple, pricing all seems ok for ‘display’ equipment and they are really good at taking your money before products are even dispatched. Watch out for total misuse of the terms and conditions and for terrible customer service thereafter! A £99 machine that they refused to deliver cost £60 to put back in stock. We have lived in our property for over 6 years and had a running machine, ride on lawn mower, a full kitchen, sofas and many white goods delivered with no issue, yet these clowns could not deliver a small vibration plate. Well done on the worst online experience I have ever experienced, you have put me off ordering from small independents, i will stick to proper retailers who know what they are doing.
Poor customer service
Parts missing and poor quality product supplied. Ive had to modify the machine to make it work correctly. Promised to send missing parts which never arrived. No help what so ever if things go wrong. Don't make the same mistake as me.
A company that actually answers a phone
Just a great company to deal with, don't do many reviews but this company deserves all the positive reviews it gets. Great prices and products, but most of all perfect customer service.
Wow just so cool
i was planning to make my own little gym as i dont get a time that much. So i ordered basic equipment from here, they all were excellent and i am happy that the whole process was much simpler than i think.

Thank you for your review. We did not refuse to delivery, our couriers attemped delivery, however we weren't notified about narrow lane with over hanging trees leading to the property prior to order. It does state in our delivery terms regarding restricted access, these terms were accepted at time of delivery by ticking the box on our website. We did give the option to collect the item, however we didn't get any repsonse regarding this from both phone number and email address which were given at time of order. These were the only means we had to contact you on. Finally, the £59.99 was not to put the item back into stock, it was to cover costs we incured for this failed delivery from our couriers.
