ROMWE is an online fashion store that offers clothing, shoes, and accessories with the latest fashion trends for both males and females. They accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and JCD. They ship via flat rate shipping at $2.99 for orders under $9.90, with free shipping for orders over that amount. The standard shipping costs $4.99 for orders under $19.00, and is free for orders over $19.00. The express shipping costs $19.90 for orders under $159.00, with free shipping for orders over that amount. The shipping time usually doesn't include the 4-6 day processing period required to process the order.

According to their website, they have a 60 days return policy. To return an item, log in to your ROMWE account, click on my order, click on return item, select the item, choose a return and refund method, mail out the package, and once ROMWE receives it, a refund will occur. However, items like bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, personal and health care, beauty accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets) cannot be returned.

The store offers two return methods - the self-sending (customers can return items with their shipping methods and at their own cost). The return label is via USPS, and the 1st return label of every order is usually free for US buyers. Each additional return label for the same order costs $7.99, which will be deducted from the customers' refund.
