DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
WELL, WHERE DO I START!? THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE COMPANY THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH FOR RETURNS.
YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, AS IT REFERS YOU TO THE WEBSITE. THE RETURNS POLICY STATES IF ITEMS DAMAGED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEN YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH...THE LIVE CHAT ON THE WEBSITE IS CONSTANTLY 'UNAVAILABLE' AND WHEN YOU SEND A MESSAGE REGARDING YOU RETURN VIA THE SITE, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOU.
ABSOLUTE DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT SEEMS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR ON YOUR OWN.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROOV, ESPECIALLY EXPENSIVE ITEMS BECAUSE IF YOU ENCOUNTER AN ISSUE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK..

SCAM COMPANY! Do not buy from this company. They take your money and never deliver anything because they don't actually hold stock of any items. I have placed 3 separate orders with them, and have not received any of them. I called up after a month enquiring about when could I expect to receive my orders, only to find out that my orders had not even been dispatched yet. In this whole month, no one from this company has been in touch to give me any updates about my orders, despite seeing how much money I have spent with them and the fact that none of my orders were moving. On top of this unreasonable delay, I was given a vague and b...llshit reason about it when I asked about it. I was told that "that the products are being sent from an overflow warehouse (what even is that?) to their main warehouse from where they are being dispatched". I did not appreciate being lied to in this way! Not even a two year old could believe that a company would waste time and money shipping stock from one warehouse to another to then ship to the consumer. Absolute b...llshit! At least have the courtesy to have a plausible explanation. I was also promised that they would enquire about the delay of my orders with the "purchasing manager" and then they would come back to me. Needless to say, no one has bothered to come back to me or send me any updates. Please do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else. Don't waste your time and money with these scammers.
