This is a terrible business. I placed my order over a month ago. The item was showing as in stock at the time. However, my order still shows as being “in progress” on their website.
I have tried calling them, but the phone line rings out. I have emailed twice, and used Facebook messenger - no response.
I have contacted my credit card provided to arrange a chargeback…however, as the transaction is showing as pending, they can’t action it.
This means that at some future date, slapiton will be able to take that money. Presumably they think I will have forgotten all about it! And it will be too late to do anything.

I ordered 2 items in good time for Christmas. I paid for them and received an email confirming despatch. Only 1 item arrived and so I queried it only to be told that only 1 item had been sent because the other item was damaged and was not sent. I still haven't been given an explanation for the fact that an email had said it had been despatched when it now seems it hadn't! Although a refund for the missing item was processed the fact that I was not told about the missing item meant I was still expecting both items to arrive. Slapiton claim an email should have been sent to me but it wasn’t and, when asked to provide details of when it was sent, didn’t reply at all. Slapiton have been highly negligent and, to be frank, unhelpful. They don't answer their phone after 4pm weekdays and not at all at weekends.
Because I had not been sent my entire order I returned the part order for a refund, being assured by Sophie that I would be refunded IN FULL. I have now been told by Sophie that they will not refund the postage costs that I incurred, a complete reversal on what I had been promised. I do not know if Sophie is the owner of the company but she has proven herself dishonest and deceitful.
Be warned, this company and its people behave in a dishonest manner. If you buy something, it may not arrive, it may not be what you ordered or it may be damaged. Understand that you may not get a refund of all your costs, leaving you out of pocket. They are cheats. There are other reviews on this and other websites that say the same thing. I wish I'd read them before ordering!

hese people are useless and and may not be a real supplier. I ordered an item on line on 27 November. They said it was in stock but after there was no movement on the order status after a few days I called them again and again. Everytime I called them the goods were on their way ,next day,next hour etc etc. Eventually on 20 December they admitted that they were cancelling the order ! By then all the offers had gone and had to pay extra costs to someone else to get delivery by Christmas. It cost me an extra £15.

I would say that this company has borderline stolen money from me. I ordered two perfumes for my wife an an aftershave for myself on 31/07/2018. I recieved the aftershave and one of the perfumes but not the second perfume on 03/08/2018.
I sent an email on 03/08/2018 asking for an update on the missing item, i recieved a reply from Sophie stating that it was sent out that day and i should recieve it in a couple of days. A couple of days go by and nothing so i decide to call them. The person on the phone states that it will take another couple of days, which i reluctantly accept as a response.
Forward to 10/08/2018 and still nothing, i email the company back and request a refund as it is clearly not going to arrive and i recieve a reply stating that the parcel has been awaiting collection and a redelivery has been requested for the following Tuesday.
I called them again on 15/08/2018 and was told that the item will be tracked again and i will get an email. Well suprise suprise....nothing. It is now 18/08/2018 and what should have been a gifdt for my wife and our anniversary has turned into an absolute annoyance.
I really think this company is a one man band or a husband/wife team working out of a garage as there is an absolute lack of Customer Service.
I will be giving it until 31/08/2018 which will be a month before going to trading standards and registering a complaint.Really Poor Service

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Tell you your order is on its way and nothing. Don't answer emails no updates. I even asked 3 times to cancel order and still no reply. Wouldn't touch this mob again with a barge pole. Authorised acqua Di Parma dealer you must be joking.
