Beautiful designs
I am not just impressed with the quality of furniture that i got here but i also love the designs and types that they have. I mean, seriously, its really nice to finally have the site where i can get whatever i like without compromising the standard of the product. I recently ordered a sofa set from the site and it is so great and look perfect around my other stuff in my house
Foot stool
I am so shocked by all the good reviews for this company. We ordered a foot stool to match our three piece suite in June and paid in full at the time. The item was supposed to be delivered to store for us to collect (to avoid the ridiculous delivery fee) in August. By September we hadn't received any update so we contacted customer services. We were promised endless call backs that never came, we received an email to say it was in store only to arrive there to find that it hadn't been delivered to store at all, we were given two delivery dates on which we waited at home and the item didn't arrive, the staff in the store were rude and argumentative and in all I'd say we spent around 12 hours on the phone on numerous occasions trying to get the item we had paid for. We made two official complaints to SCS, both of which were ignored. To top it all, since ordering the foot stool two springs in the sofa have broken and ripped the fabric of the sofa. The staff, service and quality of the products has been very disappointing.
Flooring
No positive at all,they never delivered my goods on 3 occasions then asked me to wait another month,after cancelling they ignore my mail and calls,the store manager said I'd receive refund in 48hrs but nothing so they have stolen £642 from me
Two carpets
One carpet they fitted had a defect which was reported the same day, with photographic evidence. Since then, they haven't answered emails and have essentially fobbed us off in subsequent telephone conversations, when we were actually able to get through to speak to someone. They claimed they would contact the manufacturer (irrelevant) and get back to us. SCS have supplied defective goods and are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act. Once they have your money, they don't seem to care, demonstrating the worst customer service I have experienced. Don't give these cowboys your business.
