I ordered a jumper, using their size guide. I have to say ordering was easy, I got an immediate email confirming my order which was followed by an electronic receipt. I received my item very quickly - it was lovely, great quality but huge so had to be returned. I contacted Stradivarius and they immediately sent me a return form to print which had pre-paid tracked postage. So far, fabulous service I thought ! After two weeks I still had not received a refund to my PayPal account. I telephoned and the customer service rep agreed I should have been refunded by this time, so she would flag up to their head office and would ring or email me back. She done neither ! I telephoned again the next day and the rep said that she could see I had phoned and I would be informed when a decision had been made by the head office. I asked what did she meant by that as the goods were returned to Stradivarius by tracked postage and they had no reason not to refund me. I then informed her I would continue to phone daily until I was refunded. A couple of hours later I was given a refund. Great service re ordering and delivery, good quality products but I would never shop with Stradivarius again in fear I had to return something- shame !
