About SWAG

In 1974 Bill Ferris opened the first SWAG shop in Kingston, offering a limited range of costume jewellery and cuddly toys. His ambition was to create and present wonderful, quality jewellery in artistic ways. While juggling the birth and upbringing of his children, more members of the family including Bill’s sister Sheila joined the team, recognising the potential for success. SWAG became an official diamond retailer in 1986, leaving the sale of cuddly toys in the past. This was furthered by their ten-year diamond guarantee being launched in 1997. In 2001, the company decided to install their first goldsmith’s studio in their Kingston shop – becoming the first of three now operating. Another big launch for the company was their lifetime and wedding ring guarantees, furthering interesting in their reputable services. Just after this in 2009, SWAG became a franchise partner with the famous Pandora, opening the first of 17 Pandora concept shops nationwide.


Services offered by SWAG

SWAG offer a range of stunning wedding and engagement rings for men and women, in a range of materials including palladium, platinum, white gold and yellow gold. Eternity rings are also online with a variety of gemstone options e.g. diamonds, emerald, ruby and sapphire. These come in different gemstone cuts such as baguette, brilliant, princess and round. Aside from wedding rings, SWAG also has a selection of other finejewellery. Bangles and bracelets come in various materials and styles, from simple and silver to sparkly gemstones. A broad collection of earrings is available to view and purchase online in drop, hoop and stud styles. Many gemstones are presented including opal, cubic zirconia, tanzanite and aquamarine. The main brands of earrings stocked are Fei Liu and Hearts on Fire, as well as SWAG’s own pieces. SWAG’s necklace range has fine pieces from plain chains to encrusted pendants. SWAG has also become a retailer of watches, selling big names such as Cluse, Daniel Wellington, Links and Hugo Boss. These can be bought new or from the pre-owned luxury watch selection. Pandora is a popular selling brand stocked by SWAG, with their themed collections including Christmas, Valentines, Rose, Essence and Disney. The extensive range often stocks a larger selection than individual Pandora stores, with exclusive discounted items.

SWAG’s website has lots of useful information such as jewellery care and sizing guides. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be sent out the same day. All deliveries to mainland UK over £25 can be sent free by second-class recorded post (£1.50 under £25).
