Very impressed
i ordered workout vest and run leggings from here last month. i am using that dress almost every day and it's so comfortable to wear ! it suits me and fit like glove. also, the color is very nice and similar to the one I saw on the site. apart from this, the size is really ideal.

The delivery was very late. I contacted customer service and eventually got a call from the courier to say SB had not given them the correct address.

Purchased leggings in November for a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Got an email 3 days later to say the item had been dispatched and would be here in 3-5 working days. 1 week later I emailed via Sweaty Betty's website portal to look for an update as the tracking number in the 1st email had no parcel to track. I received no response. A week later I sent another email - no response. Both times an automated email responded to say you would hear back in 3 working days. I did not hear back. There was no other method of contacting Sweaty Betty. I proceeded to leave an online negative review - they got back to me the next day. The fact that I needed to leave an online review to get a response is horrific customer service. They let me know that my parcel was in the warehouse and would be out ASAP. Still no parcel has been received yet. I sent another email through their website portal over a week ago - still no response. Still no parcel or gift for my partner. Horrific customer service all around - the worst I have experienced. Given the price of these premier leggings you think that they would have good customer service - but that is one thing that is anything but premier.
Active wear
Awful service. I ordered something on the 19th October for next day delivery. I received an email that same day confirming that it was coming. Then on the 20th October I received an email saying it was delayed and 'should come soon'. But I haven't heard anything since. I emailed customer services on the 29th October. Then on the 4th November I finally received a response saying 'Can you please confirm that you have now received this order'. I replied asking for my order to be cancelled and asking for a full refund. Let's see what happens next... They've disabled their phone lines and live chat, so guess I just need to keep emailing until I get a response. Wish me luck!
Another day passed, my post has been delivered, no voucher. Sent a further couple of emails, only automatic generated email yet again in response, saying they would respond within 3 days. Absolute rubbish, the service from them is non-existent. Truly by far the worst customer service I have ever come across.
Same problem with a gift voucher. Ordered 18 dec, email with a tracking no. But nothing since. Courier say they are expecting it. Now over a month and after sending several emails absolutely no response. I don’t know what I can do other than assume they have stolen my money and have no intention of fulfilling the order placed. A response might help other than a robot. Fed up and feel ripped off. ????????????????????

I had been a faithful Sweaty Betty shopper but things certainly have changed! I truly understand needing to have a bit of patience during these times but that patience has run out. I received an order but one of the pieces was missing from the order. I tried to call customer service and do online chat...but neither of those services work anymore. The only way to attempt to contact customer service is through email. I received an automatic generated email saying it might take up to 3 days for a response...so I wait. It has now been almost 2 weeks... no product, no refund, no email acknowledging my attempts to contact them! At this point I just want a refund for the product I did not receive which is why I am writing this review. I will not purchase here again until I know it is back to the company I used to shop from. Reference# 375125 and 375123.
Swimwear
Worst customer service ever. Returned items over 2 months ago and every time I contact them I get a different response regarding my refund, or get NO response. I am out $130 for 2 swim suits and afraid I will never see my money. This company should be out of business!!

Gift Voucher,
Just has a similar experience, ordered a gift voucher, which has failed to appear. Could not make telephone contact with their customer services, sent an email, also had an automatic generated email saying that they would be in touch within 3 days. Now two weeks and have heard nothing from them, despite sending four further emails. This company is a disgrace, they could not even send a voucher. I would not use them again and will now be considering some sort of civil action, to return my funds and for waisting my time.
