My Pioneer deck broke after purchasing last year through The DJ Shop. Fortunately it was under warranty , I called The DJ shop and they told me to return my deck to them and they would get it fixed/repaired free of charge. The deck was sent back on the 2nd August. After a few un answered emails somebody finally replied to me to tell me they were chasing Pioneer for a delivery date. 16th September I recieved my deck , when I opened up the returned deck parts were missing. My 4g weight , the rubber protectors from the lid and the power cable. I have sent emails and to be fair I did get a response saying Pioneer will send out replacements ASAP. Today is the 8th October and I still haven't recieved anything. The correspondance as been terrible , It doesnt seem like anybody really wants to solve the issue unless you chase up constantly. Also the lack of replies is terrible. I understand that Covid as caused a lot of issues and I can totally understand delays to products etc. But when parts are missing and nobody as the decency to make any effort to solve or even communicate a solution to myself I find it very rude. 3 weeks with no power cable!!!
