This whole website is a scam.
They charge £250 for sellers to sign up to be allowed to sell with them, plus 15% commission.
Once they receive orders, they keep the money and do not pass it on to sellers. Sometimes the seller sends the item, sometimes they don't. But if they don't, they just blame the seller.
The negative reviews on here are all true, and the positive ones are fakes done by the business' CEO 'Emma'.
It's very interesting that this company has applied to be dissolved with companies house. The new company registration is for a beauty/hairdressing business, not a baby boutique online.
Definitely avoid this scam, unless you like losing money.
We are not a scam. Commission id 25% across the board and we are a legit lrgal company in existence since 2012. Thisvis simply hate speech.
This is ridiculous. This company is not a scam, try looking at the company details again as you're clearly dulusional and want to tarness their great reputation. What a load if lids.

I would have given this 5 stars for everything but I had an issue opening a new account to receive my free loyalty points as they offer a brilliant loyalty scheme. The staff were very helpful though and after 1 or 2 emails, everything was sorted. I think they've updated their website since to avoid any further issues. You get 300 points for opening an account and also get 5 points for every £1 spent, to be redeemed anytime you like when the points are built up.
I ordered a beautiful handmade plaque with a picture for each grandchild for my mum's birthday. I was able to choose the colour scheme I wanted and add other little special details by working with the independent seller, who was so so helpful. The Early Years Boutique is a marketplace, if you didn't already know, that sells products from a range of small crafting businesses, it's one of the best websites I've come across and I feel I was given a very personalised service, not too mention, buying local, which I love.
If you havnt bought from the early years boutique yet, it's definitely worth it, the price was very affordable and nanna literally cried with happiness when the framed plaque arrived with photos of all her grandbabies. Brownie points for me too for buying it, not bad being in the good books either :) :) :) :) :)

Best personalised gift I've EVER purchased. I'm not going to lie, there was so much choice it made it difficult to choose a gift. I would have liked recommendations. My only negative opinion, otherwise I would give 5 stars. Apart from that, Emma the owner is lovely, she even answered my emails when she was in hospital. She seems very dedicated to her work and is a really nice and friendly real person xxxxxx
Not Happy With Selling
I too, along with another reviewer below is owed money for selling on this platform. They are quick enough to email you a reminder that your monthly payment is due but now that they owe me money all emails are ignored and i have sent quite a few over the past week. No doubt i will get a reply when they see this review. I would never sell on this platform again and advise others not too if you want to throw your money away. They come up with poor excuses that they have experienced growth, we all experience this and still email customers regarding orders etc, this is just a poor excuse. Stay well clear folks, you'll just be wasting your time and money.

Personalised unicorn teddy
I have received my order and I am happy with it but the problem I had was with the service after buying the item. The only email I received was the order confirmation and no follow up emails regarding delivery, which it does state on there website that they send delivery information out!!!!! After about nine days having no delivery information I sent an email and after no response I messaged on Facebook, no reply again, I then phoned the number on there website and left a message, again no reply!!!!! I then messaged on Facebook the actual seller of the item I was getting and they were fantastic, got back straightaway. I explained I was concerned as I hadn’t received my order and was getting no reply from early years boutique and she asked for the order number and told me straight away where the parcel was and should be with me in a few days, which it was! The item is lovely it’s just the customer service after buying the item that was the problem.
I have been selling with The Early Years Boutique for quite a while now and just love that Rachel and Emma are always on hand when I need help. They've just secured a huge investment, and although theyve had some payment issues over the last year, those issues have now been fixed. There's a huge, diverse range of products on offer from over 300 small businesses, but everything is unique! I'm excited to know that there is money in the pot for increased marketing efforts too!
