Regency chess is a total scam. I lost my money and they won't refund it. Once order is placed online there is no proper order handling. They sent a fake UPS label and said the order is shipped. However none was when I checked with UPS. Then after I requested for refund they said it's done without specifying any reference number. Till date I have not received my money. It's been over 3 weeks now. I have purchased on 29th November '20. Order no. 39596.
