Excellent range of products
No complaints against Tent III North Face range.
This is a great products of EU45 1/2 shiny Black in size and color.
Rates are little concern. I personally realized that some more adjustment possible. Many of my friends always been a good lovers of your products.
See if possible in this part.dont buy from this company been waiting ages for a refund and i know they have received the boots back as stated from others they are liars this company should be shut down and reported

I ordered the boots. Good price. Arrived no problem. My experience was very positive. I would use them again.
Ruffwear Dog Harness
I ordered a harness for a disabled dog to help her walk and unfortunately she deteriorated and had to be pts on 5th July. That day I informed the company and asked to cancel the order which has not as yet been shipped from europe.
The item was delivered next day. I returned it, part of the journey is via Royal Mail and this was completed quickly, the second part of the journey is via DHL. This is all done by using the company's label.
Checking my account, the return says that the DHL european part of the journey may take 3-4 weeks, but they managed to SEND it to me in under a week so how come it takes so long to get back to them? Answer - they hold onto your money till then.
I have complained to paypal about them and would never order from them again and would recommend that you avoid them as the hassle involved isn't worth it.
You never get an answer from customer service, they just send automated messages which don't answer your questions.Zamberlan Boots
Reported this company to UK Advertising Standards Authority due to false advertising on website about stock location, delivery options and timings. I always use PayPal so opened case with paypal. The minute paypal contacted them about the issues the boots miraculously arrived in just 2 days. Had been told on live chat boots would take uo to another two weeks, and on tracking they were stuck in Holland. Had ordered boots from genuine UK based retailer their boots arrived within 2 days.
Use Paypal or a credit card if using this company as it gives you more leverage on goods arriving. Hopefully UK regulators will force them ti be honest on their site so buyers know thd goods are not in the UK they are just using a forwarding address to be able to say they use Royal Mail so con potential buyers.invisible shoes it seems

Negative review, order took ages to arrive. When arrive size shown way smaller than actual. Cost of sending back was twice the price of delivery cost? Sent back over two weeks ago and can see package still in UK depot waiting for shipment to Spain?

Ordering was OK but since then a nightmare !
I have Been waiting for almost 3 months for delivery and when the product arrived it was damaged. Since then retund/refund process is a real nightmare ! never had such a bad experience on online purchasing. Their customer service al the time ask me to fill more and more files and they do nothing instead of investigate by themself with the couriers. I will NOT buy from trekkinn again and you shouldn’t either. Their prices seemed good, but one of the items didn’t arrive with the order and trekkinn’s customer service was basically non-existent (needed to provide my passport number for the case to even be reviewed - so, nonstarter). Luckily, the missing item was of relatively low value so I just took it as a lesson in “if it seems too good to be true...” Overall, significantly worse experience than other large online retailers. If you do take a chance on them, don’t spend more than you’d be willing to lose.
Gloves and a helmet
The website won’t even let me put 1 star, which would still be too much. Avoid these scammers at all costs. They are Spanish based but the website won’t allude to that, you think you are ordering from a uk company, shipping gets lost and returns are nigh on impossible.

Ordered in March boots still not received in June! Customer service has been awful. They are quick to take your money but aren't so quick to resolve issues.
