About the Tub Collection 
Based in England, the Tub Collection is an online site selling a wide range of arm and Tub chairs, with their main model being the Tub chair. The company also own a variety of other websites selling different kinds of furniture such as the Recliner Collection, the Sofabed Collection, the Ottoman Collection and Next Day Sofas. 


Customer Services
The Tub Collection are divided into categories of tub chairs and armchairs. For the tub chairs, customers have a choice of 25 different styles, ranging in size and colour, whereas in the armchair collection there are only four options. The difference between the two design is that in the arm chair model, the back and the arm rests are separate whereas for the tub chairs, there is one whole sloping surface for the back and arm rest. 

As the company can only sell and deliver models and items that they have in stock, if there is not currently a full stock of the piece that you have requested then you will have to wait until they have restocked. However, if your item of choice is in stock, their standard delivery is for next day delivery so if you make an order before 10am you will have this item by the following day. These terms only apply to where the company actually delivers, which is within mainland United Kingdom and some additional islands. It is also possible to order for elected delivery day. Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase.
