I was sent an item which had parts that were incorrect. When reported to Tweeks, they refused to provide a returns label and said I had to send it back and they would refund me for the carriage. I sent back and received only a refund for the item itself. I am still waiting for a credit for the original carriage they charged me when sending the item out and the cost of carriage to send back to them, totalling nearly £15. The customer service advisors are either really dim, or worse still they're just completely uncaring with emails that are generic and clearly indicate they haven't read emails properly. Will never use again and I would advise everyone to avoid. Now taking case up with PayPal on principle.
