Firstly the shirts were sent to the wrong address, then when i got them 2 of the shirts had the top button loose and literally hanging off. Customer seevice was appalling. Most of the time nobody answered the phone, and nobody replied to my emails, but as soon as i posted a bad review on Trustpilot the CEO rang me. Funny that. The CEO denied there was a fault despite him having inspected the shirts. Very arrogant. Wont use this company again.

I ordered a trouser, but never recieved it. Tried to get in touch with Twisted Tailor, but they don’t respond to any email i send them. Very bad service. They ship with ups, also very bad service. Don’t order here, if something goes wrong, they don’t offer any solution.
