Basin taps and wastes
This is another one of those too good to be true companies. I purchased some basin taps and wastes via their website, only to be informed the payment hadn't completed properly and the order was cancelled (I wish i'd left it there). I confirmed that the issue was with their system and once they'd got back to me, i reordered the same items. This time payment was taken and i believed all was well. However, the items have not arrived, they are no longer responding to my emails and the phone number provided just rings through (strange, when i was getting instant responses to my emails, whilst i was making the purchase!). I have now cancelled the order and requested a refund (wonder if i'll ever get it) and will follow up with paypal and my creditcard provider to regain the money.
Long story short, stay away from this company! They're a scam!basin, bath, toilet, cistern
1 star is too many! Do not do buy from this company. I previously wrote a review on Google and they have switched those off now because of how damning they were from so many customers. Customer service is terrible, they have an unmanned number. Our order was delayed by more than 3 weeks. We ended up cancelling the order when they pushed the date back again because our situation was critical and we had lost all faith our order would actually be fulfilled. Our orders from other suppliers were delivered within two business days! How this company even continues to operate with how shocking their service is i do not know and this experience is reflected in many other reviews seen here and on Google. We have a formal complaint with the company but doubt they will action anything as they clearly have no regard for the impact such horrendous business practice can have on peoples lives. The fact they are responding to positive reviews here and ignoring the negative ones is just another example of how they clearly have no idea what they are doing.
Duravit toilets and Crosswater vanity units - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. After several days of comparing, reviewing and deliberating toilets online during the summer sales 2023, I decided to purchase two Duravit toilets at £116.22 each from UK Bathrooms.com as they were the best price – date 7/7/23. Nineteen days after the purchase on 26/7/23, I received an email from UK Bathrooms indicating that there had been an error on the pricing and that the toilets should actually be £315.59 each.
Furthermore, on the 21/7/23 I decided to purchase a Crosswater vanity unit and glass sink from the same company for £461.38. I had been viewing and deliberating this item on their website for several days before making the purchase. When receiving the vanity unit on 27/7/23, it became apparent the sink hadn’t been provided so I contacted the company to arrange delivery of the missing sink. They replied with the same excuse as above saying there had been an error on their system and that the sink wasn’t provided.
