Liverpool uniform
I had been waiting for the product for a year. They said it arrived but the post office said it never arrived and demanded that they send a reference number, they never did. They made me chase them for a year and promised that the product would be returned and delivered again. Since I've been chasing them, they refuse to refund and are not helping to solve it. Worst service I ever received.
Football jersey
Avoid this clown show. Shipping was promised between 2 - 5 days and took two over weeks. 3 weeks total for the package to arrive in Canada from the UK. Attempts to complain during the process were met with dismissive indifference. Shirt arrived in flimsy packaging - literally a plastic bag. Not kidding. Shirt material quality was something you might expect from a made-in-China pack of 5 undershirts for 20 bucks off Amazon. So thin, it's almost see-through. And their sizing info is wrong. Shirt is too small even though I erred on the side of the larger of two possible options. I'll be amazed if it doesn't disintegrate at the first wash. Waste of time, waste of money. Live and learn.
3 shirts
I purchased 3 shirts. They sent the wrong size and demanded I send it back from the US. Now they claim they did not receive it, even though status says refunded (which it wasn't), which would mean they did receive it. Another shirt is on backorder. I have requested a refund for both shirts and they have quit responding to my emails. I would give them zero stars,if possible.

if there is subzero star i would give them one horrible scammers. i paid 247$ and extra dollars for fast shipping to get a shirt for my son for his Christmas gift. for a whole month didn't hear nothing.
called no one pick up. sent messages no one bothered to reply.

We ordered a personalized youth jersey in youth size Large and received a youth size medium. Customer service could only be reached via email... there was no number to call. They would not make the exchange claiming that the UK youth size large I ordered (I literally chose the "large" size from the drop down menu and my order form says UK youth size large) corresponds to a UK medium. There seemed to be absolutely NO reasoning to this... I ordered a size large and expected the jersey to say "large." If they want their "large" to correspond to "medium" dimensions, then it should be listed that way on the sizing drop down menu. Also, the personalized print color did not match the other print. Looked like a total fake. Spent $100 and was a total waste of money. Do NOT order from this shop. Inconsistent sizing, poor print quality, and extremely poor customer service.

A joke of a company. Ordered top on 31 Oct 2021 arrived 17 Jan 2022.
Customer service unapologetic, unhelpful and won't confirm reimbursement of original postage or that return will be free of charge. NOT BASED IN UK so the name for a start is misleading...$192 authentic BVB jersey
WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM UKSS!!! This group is not a good place to purchase an item. I purchased a jersey and selected specific options for the jersey. They sent me the wrong item completely. Then began the month long BS email exchange with Kelly and other members of their so called customer service. I followed all their instructions and still have not been refunded. They of course don’t have a number to call as they don’t want to help anyone even when they make the mistake from the start. They “refunded me $8.33 for $192.00 jersey. At which point every single email exchange from then on became an insult with zero help. I sent back the jersey with tracking to show it was delivered as requested and they still continued to ... me around with one sentence, vague responses. This is an absolutely terrible company and does not deserve your business. I have had to contact my bank for the refund as they are now pretending they didn’t receive the return. Source your products else where! You’ve been warned!
Personalised Key Ring
Item arrived in good condition and in a reasonable time BUT I was charged £9.95 for delivery to the USA. I live in Wales.! When I questioned the charge, I was informed that it was an error and that I would be refunded the difference in delivery charges. That was 3½ weeks ago and guess what? No refund has yet been received.
Jerseys
Do not shop here under any circumstances. They cancelled my order (upon my request because one of the items was unavailable and I hadn't received an update in over 30 days) but never processed the refund. At first, customer service was responsive, but once I followed up on the refund, I did not receive a single response from this company via email or the forum on the website, and their phone number is continuously unavailable.
I just did business with this company, they advertised free international shipping, however during the ordering process they did not provide it when they shipped my order.
They also list items on the site that are not available to ship.
Will not be shopping here again.
