Absolutely appalling company ......never anyone answering the phone and email responses are automated...delivery of item took six weeks and the pyjamas would not have fitted a child although they stated womens medium....I have to date been waiting 21 days for a refund and have had to involve the ombudsman....order at your peril!!!!!

never order from this British company, just go straight onto an Asian website and order it directly because it will be quicker

Bought flowered boots. They looked beautiful. Arrived and were lovely and comfortable to wear.......just for 1 day. Taking into consideration I work in an office and sit at a desk for 7.5 hours nearly. The heel on the right foot started to fold inwards making difficult to walk. After several emails to the company they finally took note. But it has taken 6 weeks, an offer of €3 compensation. They will not exchange and have said for me to return
But as they are based in China it will probably cost the £32.99 paid for them to get them back. I will not buy from this company again. They are not customer friendly

Scam ! Still waiting since November with no updates or emails back stealing peoples money !

I ordered some pyjamas on December 6. They still have not arrived and I have received no response to messages left on their answerphone. It is obvious they are operating a scam, taking people‘s money and not supplying the articles. I have reported them to trading standards and action fraud and I encourage others to do the same in order to curtail their despicable practices.

It stated this garment was filled DUCKDOWN...its NOT, filled with cheap synthetic fibre!! It cost over £30 similar only £7 in PRIMARK . This is a disgrace 😡😡😡
I ordered size XL, the garment is more like a Medium...v unhappy!!!!

WHY is this company still allowed to trade. THIS IS A SCAM. I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. I Ordered top for xmas on 20th November 2020 and still waiting. No proper feedback when chasing up, just an automated message on both email and phone.
I'm reporting these thieves to Matt Alwright @ bbc Watchdog. They are stealing peoples money.

ordered a coat from ultamodan. I never received a confirmation email for my order, but the payment went through on Paypal. I emailed ultamodan to ask about my order twice but received no response. PayPal don’t allow disputes for 180 days! I’m very upset that they have stolen my money with nothing to show for it. Avoid like the plague.

This company is a complete joke. Ive been waiting 6 wks for delivery. Ive sent numerous emails. No personal response!!!! Just a generic email saying its been dispatched. Im furious. I shop online and like to support the retail industry at such an awful time we are in. You would think they would appreciate the genuine customer. This company does not deserve peoples money. What are they doing with the money? Im going to take this further and report them. They shouldnt be allowed to get away with this charade. Ultamodan you should be ashamed of what you are doing! Have some decency and treat your customers with respect.

I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! Avoid like the plague!! My sister wanted me to wear a gold dress to her wedding- I found one on Ultamodan and bought it. It took almost 2 months to arrive and when it did, it was a huge disappointment. The dress was very cheaply made and instead of sequins, it was all glitter. Literally looked like a glitter bomb went off the second I opened the package. My entire house was covered! On the package it was mailed in, it said, “All returns please be sent to Hou Wenzeng....” and they gave a KY address. I followed the instructions, paid $8.25 to have it shipped back. Several weeks went by and I hadn’t received my refund yet so I contacted them. They then tell me that the dress was sent to an “incorrect address” and they would not be refunding me my money. I asked how in the world they gave me a wrong address and how and why that was my fault. They said they “never gave a KY address” and then provided an address in NJ where the dress needed to be sent. I asked, “How do you suppose I am to send it there now that it’s in KY with some guy name Hou??” They simply told me it “wasn’t their problem”. Thank God for my bank. I reported the fraudulent charge and received my money back.

My order was placed 9th Really appalling.My order of 9th October is still being processed with fake promises for the last 2 weeks that I will be given tracking number in 3-5 days.will definitely take this forward if not received this week.Looks like a scam..avoid

Disgusting! ordered my coat on the 24/9/20, I am currently still waiting for this coat, i emailed the company who said there is further delays with my item, Its not even been shipped yet and once its shipped it can take up to 26 days!! as another person mentioned it will be summer by the time this coat arrives and iv got a feeling its not going to look like the picture! I'm now trying to find out if iv been scammed because it very much feels like it!

Horrible experience. My order hasn't shipped after over 1.5 months and no one will respond via email or phone call. Feels like a scam. I am so frustrated.
