I worked for them

The owner is a horrible person who has held back from paying her staff numerous of times not caring that we have children to feed and bills to pay. Everything fron the website is from aliexpress but she charges you extra and doesnt even send your order out majority of the time. I got sacked cause i asked for my wages that was owed to me DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!

This is a BAD company, using stall tactics at every opportunity, I'm here on behalf of my mum to do my upmost to help her; she has emailed a number of times to resolve this issue over the past few weeks with no luck what so ever. We have all the relevant info to prove she's done her best.

Ordered a Blazer, it took weeks to get an update on when it would be shipped. I cancelled the order and have been chasing a refund for over 2 months. You get the same reply "thanks for your patience, it has been escalated" - there's no sincerity with this business. Thankfully, I was able to go to my bank and they have provided the refund.

Faux fur Jacket

I had so many problems with this company. The jacket I ordered never arrived and despite a number of phone calls and emails that said the refund was being processed, it wasn't. They are dishonest. I contacted my credit card provider who refunded my money but at that point, Ultamodan refunded it so fortunately my credit card provider was able to be paid back. They kept blaming the service provider or saying they were having to settle refunds manually so it was taking a long time. - nonsense.
Don't deal with them! They are a scam company.

after leaving for 2 months from working for them I still didn't receive my payment from January and they closed the websites and changed their company address according to Gov.Uk/ (company house) and I've been trying to contact them they are very slow on responding and don't wanna give a firm date on when can you take the money your worked for + I tried contacting the owner of the company she blocked me on all platforms !!!!

PLEASE, I BEG YOU! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have not received a dress i ordered several months ago with express delivery! It never turned up! Nor has the refund, I have lost count of how many times I have emailed to chase up my own money! They cant tell me when I will receive my money back and like they tell all customers with the same reviews below, it is being processed! It is never processed and i can promise you these fraudsters have no intention of paying any of these poor people back! This is awful and i dont no how these people sleep at night, taking innocent peoples money!! I have always ordered clothes online all my adult life and never have i had an issues getting a refund back from other shops. Honest, decent shops online pay refunds straight back with no hesitation or lies. But Ultramodern has no intentions of doing so and they think they can continue to get away with it! This is my money that I have worked hard to get and they wont do the honest and decent thing by giving anyone their money back. I will be seeking legal advice and wont stop until i get what is mine. Please dont take the time to reply stating that you this kind of behaviour is against your business moral and policy, as this is ... and clearly not true considering the amount of negative reviews you are getting! A good, decent and honest company would not have build up such a terrible reputation if they paid their customers there money back and actually delivered the clothing items. I am determined to report this company and seek legal action against them asap. I feel so strongly about their mistreating of customers and i will be sure to spread the word of my experience and many others and hopefully shut this business down.

I should have read the revies before ordering from this company. I have been waiting sinc November 15, 2021 for a christmas present that was never recieved. They want to give me store credit.. Why would i buy anything else from this company if i cannot get the first thing i tried to order. Every time i email and state i need an update or want my money back, its the same email.
