I should have read the revies before ordering from this company. I have been waiting sinc November 15, 2021 for a christmas present that was never recieved. They want to give me store credit.. Why would i buy anything else from this company if i cannot get the first thing i tried to order. Every time i email and state i need an update or want my money back, its the same email.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I PURCHASED A SUIT WHICH AFTER 3 WEEKS NEVER ARRIVED SO I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND ASKED FOR A REFUND,
I GOT A REPLY STRAIGHT AWAY SAYING NO PROBLEM.
I HAVE SINCE SENT CHASE EMAILS EVERY 1/2 WEEKS AND IT IS NOW 12/1 AND NO REFUND THE EXCUSES ARE ENDLESS.
THEY ARE EXPERIENCING SERVICE PROVIDER ISSUES
THEY ARE SORTING IT OUT
IT WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS

I ordered a jacket for my daughters birthday in August 2021, it is now December and I have not recieved anything, I have emailed on numerous occasions and have been told that it has been esclated and would be shipped in a couple of days - very disappointed, appears to be a scam, happy to take advantage of women instead of empowering them as your logo says!!! Worst online shopping experience ever!

I am still waiting for an item ordered 2 months ago & it's not even been shipped - despite numerous emails. I have requested a refund but not heard from them, AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. If I could give zero stars, I would!

BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING FROM ULTAMODAN - Please do your homework. Check out their reviews on Trust Pilot as they are quite shocking. Also check their Facebook page and watch how they delete hundreds of bad reviews everyday. Check out their Instagram as well and see how many bad reviews they delete every day. Check them out on Linked In, they delete their too. Maybe they have something they want to cover up?
Watch out for www.vhoenix.com which is a new clothing website owned by the same person who owns Ultamodan. Its coming soon and may replace the Ultamodan site.
Take care of your money, do your homework, don't be fooled and be a savvy online shopper. If you really like the clothes on the Ultamodan website you find the same clothes on Ali Express for a lot less as this is where they come from allegedly.
