Dress
This company is disgusting, if I had seen the reviews beforehand I would have never ordered from them. I will be reporting them to trading standards agency. They took my money, no item was ever delivered, asked for a refund and still to this date I have never got it. They have the audacity to tell you that it’s being processed knowing full well they have no intention of sending you anything. For some reason this will not let me give them 1 star. They should get any!

This company is a SCAM. Don’t buy anything from their site, you will never see your parcel and they won’t refund you. All you get is automated messages. Appalling that this kind of scam website is still out there scamming customers. We will also report it to the Ombudsman’s. Order number #77319

Please don’t buy from them, this is a scam. They don’t deliver and also don’t give you a refund. Stay away… had a terrible experience.
Fur coat
Avoid avoid avoid this company. I ordered a coat in april, received it in June. It was of very poor quality so I requested a return. They haven't sent me a label to return, they don't answer calls or emails, its a scam company!

This Company is a scam they send you automatic emails when you follow up. Prom Dress that never arrived
Massive Scam avoid at all costs!!!! Check hundreds of negative reviews on Trustpilot. I ordered a dress for my daughters prom on the 6th June, paid for express shipping (7-15 Days) thinking that this runs from the date of my order. Not the case, 25 days later and still no dress, apparently the shipping starts from when they decide to send it...no idea when this is??? Ludicrous!! I tried to contact customer services at first they confirmed that they had my order and I would be informed when it would be shipped...nothing happened. Despite numerous emails trying to track the order, all I got were chirpy "thanks for reaching out, we'll get back to you" automated emails.
I had to order another dress from a different company(which arrived).
I finally asked for a refund and said that I would be reporting them to trading standards and bingo, a response, they said they would cancel the order and give a full refund. I finally received it on the 5th of July. I suggest to everyone, not letting the matter drop until you get it.Velvet jacket
Ordered and paid for on the 15th june 21.have not received it .enquiries met with automated responses.not able to speak to anyone.This company is scamming people.My daughter is a lawyer ,hopefully we can take legal action against them.
