Ultamodan is a SCAM! I ordered my parcel over 4 months ago and it never got shipped. I chased them 5 times and still no progress. i then demanded my money back and have once again been told its being processed and to wait, it's been a month, no other company takes this long.

Black Leather Ruffled Blouse Xl never received it. Shipper kept stating they are sorry they were going to ship it… it never came do not purchase anything from them and I never received my refund either! Horrible!!!

Would have given no stars but can't send review without clicking stars. Unable to comment as item never arrived, no refund given. Numerous customers have had the same experiences. Ultamodan/Davina - Tidy Choice are scamming individuals, myself included. Would not order another item from them.

Ultamodan is a scam company. They are a flat out criminal organisation whose business is committing fraud. They will take your money and will never grant you a refund despite emailing them every days for weeks. You will get the same automated reply lying about how your order has been cancelled, but with no refund of course. They are a complete 100% scam run by criminals. Don't trust the bots on here that are paid for good reviews. They are not a legitimate company whatsoever. Ignore the cynical advert they have about empowering women through fashion. They want to rip you off and screw you over. If you give them money you are giving money to criminals.

You will never get your money back if you problem with goods you have contact the bank to process the dispute no customer service only automated email be careful don't buy anything on that website it's scam

This site is taking peoples money and not fulfilling orders - its been happening for months. They will try and keep you hanging on until they liquidate. We have to all report them to Action Fraud the more complaints mean that the police will take action. www.actionfraud.police.uk report your experience to get something done..! we all need to sign up collectively..!
