A SCAM. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

This is a scam company. They take your money and run. If you are lucky enough to get your item, it will be months after promised, smell like chemicals and be 3 sizes too small. Then they will refuse to allow you to return it and not refund your money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY ANYTHING!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
2 puffer jackets
I ordered two puffer jackets that looked amazing and were priced at the ridiculously low end. I was SO excited. Now several weeks have passed, I have contacted Ultamodan but no response! I'm losing hope of ever receiving my order, especially since I can't seem to contact them! Very disappointing. If it is too good to be true then it probably isn't! That applies fittingly to Ultamodan. Very VERY disappointing.
This is definitely a scam business. I at least got the item, but it came months after they promised it would arrive which was for a very important event. Then it was 3 sizes smaller than it should have been. Then they refused to send me their details to return the item and didn't refund my money when requested. They continue ignoring my emails.
Velvet jacket
Ordered on the 15th of june, payment accepted,have not recieved the jacket, e -mails enquiring about my order go unanswered. I have now informed them that failure to send me the said item will result in legal action, my daughters are lawyers.

They're a scam! Please don't trust this company. They'll take your money plus £25 shipment fee and never send the items. Can't believe they're still online and scamming people! Unbelievable!!!
This is a fraudulent website and absolute thieves who fend off other peoples hard earned money. They should be penalized for running a scam of a website like that ... I ordered something in March and it is now July but neither have they refunded my money nor have they delivered my product. I am surprised at their audacity to run a fraudulent online business like that and their shamelessness to loot other peoples hard earned money this way...the worst ever!

I made a purchase that they never shipped, asked to cancel my order and they canceled my account and stopped responding to my emails. I wrote on their social media (Facebook and Instagram) and they blocked me, THIS ACCOUNT STEALS

2 Dresses
Honestly I am giving them a 1 star because I cannot manage to give them 0.
I purchased two dresses with them that did not get delivered on time and therefore I asked for a refund. Over 2 weeks and several emails after I still have not heard from them.

i ordered it in april… it’s now july 13th and i still don’t have it. i tried calling them everyday but theyre "always closed" SCAM

I ordered a gilet nearly two months ago and still haven’t received it. I emailed and they said it was going to be shipped within 15 days. It has not. DONT ORDER they are a scam company with disgusting service I’m appalled
