Never used it before although I heard a lot about Vidrate and I decided to give a trial. I was pleased by my first purchase that I had to try again the second time to really confirm if I actually did like and the experience never changed. I had since moved to monthly subscription and I am liking it including my household. However, two things the company should work on are the sweetener which could be overwhelming and the bottle that leaks when shaken. For me, outside the two, every other aspects is quite okay including ordering, payment and delivery. Not forgetting customer care service department that is active and responsive. I highly recommend Vidrate to others.

Didn’t send the item messaged them to advise this basically told well I have to pay again to ship the item to me customer service is very poor seems like they have an attitude Paige is very unhelpful asked for manager to message me instead and from then I’ve been totally ignored
Lies from them again trying to defend their negligence the address was correct on both parcels I included the door number and yet they say 1 parcel had the door number and the other one different.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY TOO KUCH STRESS AND EFFORT AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
IM MORE ANGRY AS VIDRATE TRIED TO GET MY REVIEW REMOVED BY REPORTING TO TRUST PILOT FOR HARMFUL AND ILLEGAL CONTENT AND STILL NO REPLACEMENT RECEIVED
