I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my sister for her sixtieth birthday. It did not arrive until lunchtime the following day, and in very poor condition - petals falling off the roses, and brown at the edges. Customer services, to be fair were sorry and pleasant, and have arranged for a replacement bouquet to be sent, but as they will be going by the same courier (Yodel), I rather suspect the same thing will happen again. They rather ruined a special day, as she had been told to look out for a surprise. I shan’t use them again, and would advise everyone to avoid them.
