My son bought a Zavetti hat a couple of years ago whilst shopping with his friends. I had never heard of the brand before but the hat looked good quality. He recently wanted a couple of hoodies from Zavetti for his birthday so I duly ordered them. They were on sale at around £50 each which is of a similar price point to something from Nike. When they arrived I was actually very pleasantly surprised at both the quality and attention to detail. I am lucky enough to own quite a lot of clothes and have items from North Face, Berghaus etc and I have to say the Zavetti is as good and in some cases better quality than the aforementioned brands in my opinion. I like their clothing so much that I have actually bought two hoodies and a gillet for myself. I do hope that as they expand their range the quality currently on offer doesn't diminish as they are an excellent clothing company.
Coat
Absolute joke . Ordered a coat using Klarna . Zav took the first payment when order was placed . When no dispatch info I tried to chase it up . No customer service open just web chat . Was told no order had been placed then told order was stuck in system and it would be sorted . Still no dispatch email 24 hours after being told it it would be sent . Just got off of web chat yet again to be told it would be dispatched out ASAP . Still waiting . Not good customer service and I would avoid ordering anything online . I had to even give 5 stars as the site wouldn’t let me post my review otherwise . Just sums it up really .
Bomber jacket
Okay so I made my order before I read the reviews wrong move to make my friends I was up all night long with the dreaded feeling that I was not going to receive my coat….. well it arrives this morning and I’m expecting everything to be wrong but I actually received my order the coat I wanted I waited less then 24hrs to receive it and lady’s and gentlemen I am in fricken love with this coat please don’t be scared by the reviews and actually make the purchase.
Zavetti Canada Jacket
Delighted with the entire process. Ordered on Saturday morning, delivered on Monday afternoon. I had looked at the poor reviews, but most of them are a year ago at the height of the pandemic and during the run up to Christmas which would explain the problems. I'm glad I ignored them as my daughter will be over the moon with her new jacket on her birthday...thank you!

I bought a jacket for my son but unfortunately never delivered. I contacted them several times but no reply at all . Very disappointing experience I would never buy or recommend this brand .
Boys jacket
In the process of buying a jacket from zavetti.
Introductory discount didnt work. No replies to emails. Customer service chat when clicked doesnt work. Rang 6 times, rang out after 2 mins 3 seconds each time. Paid for next day delivery. No joy. If i could give negative stars i would.

Great Coat , daughter loves it , only problem is online its priced at £124.99 but when it arrived its price marked at £114.99 , zavetti say they will refund the £10 difference

Zevetti boys coat
DISAPPOINTED WITH QUALTY.. Bought a coat for my 6 year old and ordering was easy and was delivered on time ..after a few weeks of him wearing the jacket,i noticed fluff allover the coat first I thought its static maybe from somewhere else.I sticky rollered it and then noticed it again the next day, after a close insepction I noticed it was the filling coming through the material,very disappointed.. I have contacted zevetti and still awaiting a reply.. not happy at all.
Oshawa puffer jacket
So I place an order & receive ok, but return for an exchange, now the problems start. Order update, my address can not be found with the courier. Strange they found it 1st time. Now I have to wait 24 hrs, (2 days late already) then they will request a stop & return & then resend. Interested to see how they will find it 3rd time around. I don’t believe they have even tried to deliver this, they say it’s in stock to get your money, when really they are just stringing you along.
Zavetti Canada coat
I will never order from this company again. The jacket was ordered on 26th Nov and first the item did not arrive. I was told via FB messenger, after many emails being ignored, that it was out of stock and i would receive a refund. Then it arrived after i had repurchased it from somewhere else! I returned it on 16th Dec but company is now saying they have not received it so there is nothing they can do. I am also going to contact trading standards as reading other messages, i am not the only person they have done this to.

Ordered 22/11/2020 Hermes received 23/11/2020 I still have not received item. Tried to email customer services absolutely no response, tried online chat rubbish because my order didn’t start FA although retailer on email received says Footasylum. I am getting totally stressed about sorting out this Xmas present. If no contact will report to credit card company to deal with. I order from lots on online retailers.and never experienced this problem. If I could give zero stars instead of 1 then I would.
So did it eventually get delivered?
