I purchased a Baseball Hat For My Mum's Birthday.
Collected from Islington branch. Staff were friendly n helpful.Unfortunately, when we opened the box, some of the diamantes were missing. We contact Customer Services via email. I have to say the team were very prompt and courteous in emailing back to try to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, Zee &Co were unable to find a replacement and offered a full refund. My mum said she would source diamantes and replace them herself as she loved the hat as it was a steal at that price.
Today Claire from Customer Service emailed me back with a goodwill gesture. Very pleased with the entire service I received from Zee & Co..

Unfortunately for me, I only saw all the other negative reviews on here AFTER I had been SCAMMED by this company.
Apparently, the order was left on my doorstep by the DPD driver and was not there when I returned home. No instruction to do this by me. I was asked to jump through hoops to rectify this but I insisted that this was not my fault. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, (all correspondence was generic or copy and pasted)
Once I finally decided to obtain a CRN they refused my refund saying that I ran out of time (was given no timeframe). As a result my son did not receive the gifts he wanted for Christmas as I couldn't afford to buy them twice. I now suspect that they could potentially have a scam in place with the couriers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY.Knitwear

Bellstaff jumper £120
Bought a jumper on the 2nd of October. Product was too small so sent back on the 10th. Now on the 2nd of NOVEMBER and still no refund. Zee and cos investigation with royal mail has taken 2 weeks. Absolutely steer clear of these cowboys they do not honour your purchase!!!!!!!
Just to add I would DEFINITELY not buy here again, I'm now £120 out of pocket and haven't even got the damn jumper. SORRY does not solve this issue!!! Please please shop somewhere else

Polo tracksuit
Arrived on time, wrong size the packaging was dusty and looked like someone had stamped on it, not only that but it had a tea stain! Don’t order from here better company’s out there.
Have used this company several times as I find their prices fair compared to other online companies also I have never had any problems whatsoever with returning items for full refund or exchange
