DXO

A French man, Joseph Nicéphore Niépce gave the world the very first photograph made in a camera. The picture was taken from an upstairs’ window of his estate in the Burgundy region of France, in 1826. Since then, photography has grown in leaps and bounds, until today, when a child that can barely toddle can snap a picture with the mobile phone. But does that take away from professional photography? Not! Despite the numerous electronic devices that have the camera added as a selling point, achieving a professional level of photography requires some level of expertise and knowledge about light, texture, ambience, etc. With most of the human activities going digital, it is no wonder that photography has gone the same route. Digital photography has shot the industry back into the limelight through e-commerce: if you want to sell a product to someone thousands of miles away, you will need a very good picture of the product to convince the person to part with their money. Digital photography is more cost-effective than traditional film photography, with the reusable memory cards that store the images than the one-use films of old. You can also transfer your images onto any device at your convenience when you explore the digital option. Many companies offer products and services to aid or optimize digital photography, one of which is DXO. For honest reviews of DXO, please read on.
