Meet n Greet parking
I feel I got off reasonably lightly using this company, in comparison to some of the reviews. Booked to park in May 2023. Shortly before my holiday I was contacted and told the company had ceased trading. But I could park near Gatwick and would be dropped off back at the terminal. When I checked the place out (google earth), it was in the middle of nowhere. As a female pensioner, dropping my car off at 03.30 in the morning didn’t fancy this. However I was told if I paid extra, I could have Meet n Greet. This I did, all successfully. However, on my return had to wait almost an hour for my car.
I had already paid to park using them again this October. Surprise, surprise they have just contacted me again, to say the company I was with have ceased trading. If I pay £16.23 extra, I can go with another company. This I did, but did some research on the new company when the confirmation came through. The reviews are HORRENDOUS. Now cancelled Ezy Parking and going with a proper, legitimate firm. Have asked for a refund!🤣
Gatwick Park ...amp... Ride
Under no circumstance use this company to book you car into a airport parking company. Ezy book put us in touch with a company to book our car with called Park and Ride for you limited. On arrival we were met with a hostile worker, the parking area is a yard. on arrival back in the UK after spending over 90 minutes trying to call the number to notify that we needed picking up no answer. Eventually the call went through to be informed that there would be no driver available for at least 2 to 3 hours as we had not informed them that our flight was delayed. The e mail address given does not work. In the end we had to book a taxi which cost £30.00 and they still owe £5 for a pick up from the airport which they took in advance. Ezy book have not responded to my complain stating that they are just an booking agent. Be warned do not use this company.
Airport Parking at Heathrow
Absolutely will NEVER book with them again. Went out of town for work and returned to a car full of sh...!... literally. The INSIDE of our vehicle was covered in bird droppings! They must have opened a window after they drove it off to their site and left it open. Birds had obviously roosted in it for the entire time we were away. They made no effort to clean it (the driver didn't even acknowledge it) and did not respond when I logged a complaint, including pictures, via the email the woman on the complaint line gave me when I called asking them to do a full clean of our vehicle. Absolutely filthy service, literally. Don't chance it! We will never again book with them!

My advice is DO NOT BOOK. Like others are saying they are a third party company that don't do anything when it goes wrong.
My car cam shows the driver breaking speed limits at least 3 time with over 40mph in a 30, using his phone without hands free and using my stereo so loud with base on full the microphone was struggling.
40 minutes late on pickup and 20 on collection. He started out after the time he was supposed to be with us and then called us Sh?t people when we told him we would leave a bad review. He threw our keys on the floor.
Despite video evidence of speeding and phone use over several minutes no refund offered.
My sons car was used for over 50 miles yet they park just 5 to 10 miles away. They are also doing something with the car park ticket as they used my sons on another car. It was a red Chrysler voyager.

I have booked through this site to park for a Meet and Greet at Heathrow, from 14-Dec to 11-Jan, I couldn't travel on 14-Dec due to some health issues, I did pay for cancellation insurance, but I couldn't get a refund as I was trying to cancel 4 hours before travel (cancellation policy 24 hrs cancellation). then I used the same booking and traveled on 18-Dec, I also emailed them before traveling and they confirmed to me in the email that my booking I still active.
I got a big surprise after reaching Heathrow airport when I contacted the number provided for the meet and Greet in the email, they said, My booking was canceled by Ezy and EZYbook is only the front end, they didn't inform us about your booking, so and I need to rebook and need to repay. as I don't have any choice, I have paid £240 (Original price I paid through this site was £150). When I emailed Ezybooking, they said, they can't do anything about this. I need to take them to court to get my money.
Return trip: After landed Heathrow, I contacted the number provided to collect my car (After collecting my luggage), I waited for 1:15m ins to collect my car, It's not worth paying/booking through this site.
Please don't book through this comparison site, try to book through the proper company for peace of mind.

Meet amp Greet at Heathrow
Do Not Use This Company.
They clocked over 200 miles whilst the car was in their possession leaving the 3/4 full fuel tank virtually empty upon return. To avoid facing us upon return of the car, it was dumped in a Blue Badge space on level 3 of the car park, not level 4 where the Meet & Greets are, and the driver legged it.
Our BMW black box was reporting every move of the car with all details. This information has been provided to the company as proof of the misuse and unauthorised use of the car.
The car was filthy, full of cans and bottles of drink, cigarette stubs, and even some clothes left behind. In addition a garage remote control was stolen. When trying to call and complain, they keep hanging up.
The matter has been reported to the Met Police for the theft and unauthorised use of the car.

Nobody at car park in the middle of nowhere . Forced to drive to airport shortstay and park there at cost of over £300 or miss flight and entire holiday. Still trying to get refund for original booking. Very rude and patronising communication from the company they use. Wish I had read reviews beforehand would never have booked with them. Do not waste your hard earned money on these people who have no interest in providing any service.
Meet and Greet car park
never use this company, they have used my car and made the car completely worst postion by leaving used water bottles, juice bottles and also crisp packets, they have also stolen spare money in the car, they haven't handedover the car to, they left the car in parking and key on the front tyre, they told after calling several times, at some point they were threatning me they dont even give my car and told me to what i can do to them. i would never use this company at all
I have just used this company after using them successfully last october. I am now in the process of taking them to civil court and would urge anyone else who has had an issue with them to consider the same.
They put 193 miles on my car, punctured a tyre, didnt meet us until we had been sat inn the car park for 30 mins despite trying to call them as requested, and todays finale - I received a parking charge notice form heathrow T4 for not paying in the drop off zone - i left terminal 5 the day before!!!!
PLEASE PLEASE people, report this theft and misuse of property or they wont stop!!
