The world of Business to Business (B2B) transactions is very harsh on startups. Why? They are simply not that well-known. So they lose out on opportunities to make connections with other businesses that may need their services. The advent of the internet and professional social media networks may have brought a solution to the problem, but many businesses are still left out. This could stem from a variety of reasons; the businesses are simply aware of these opportunities in time, they are not looking in the right places, or their information network is not wide enough. The list could go on, and on. Terrible service, they did nothing to understand our company and what we offer. I was hesitant to go with them but after they slashed their price for 3 months I thought I'd give it a shot. The advisor I was with said he would only sign us up for 3 months and if we were happy with the service we could go on.
After the 3 months of service, they charged us without informing us. I had no intention to sign up again and I told them when I saw the charge on my credit card (the next day)
They said they were in their right as I signed up for a rolling payment which I never did. I told them to listen to the call which they did, for the wrong person? I told them that wasn't me and now they have started to ignore my emails.
Bad, terrible experience. They just want your money from the first sale they make on you, then they don't care whether you find any value of their product or service. Stay away, plenty of bad reviews, be warned
