    Iphone 11 Repair!

    OEM Products used! Although approved by Apple they are not to the original manufacturer's specification. Replaced cracked screen with one of these OEM products and the colour (hue/saturation) was completely different!!. Not white and crisp as you would expect with an apple screen replacement screen. Now have a devalued phone and inferior display. Very unhelpful when I asked for the OEM screen specification sheet for the replacement screen. Complaint raised. should have gone directly to Apple than waste time and money on an inferior replacement repair.

    If you have an item repaired by this company, be aware that the parts being replaced in the process of the repair become their property and they are not yours.
    So, unlike a Garage where your tyres are still yours and you get charged to dispose of them. They help you by disposing of your parts without even asking you. But how do you know that the parts that have been used where new, branded or have even been replaced. There is something wrong here, try asking for your old parts back, if this is not a warranty repair, they are your property and don’t be fooled by the Battery Legislation if it’s quoted to you, it is still your battery and not theirs to dispose of if you choose!!
    "Last phone shop that repaired a phone for me gave me back the old parts" reply from WeFix "Maybe so they are not following the Battery Legislation, but any Samsung Authorised Repairer wont"
    Its a broken screen!!

    Terrible , there are super rude , I pay super expensive for fix my work tablet and I explend I need this asap tô work I am self employer I need this tablet tô pay my rent , and I book in The Page online for The next Day, in The some Day They callme saying Just have time slot for The next week and me very frustrade Just Accept because Was The only Way and when arrives The Day to fix They send a message "Just to confirm, is the 9th April ok for you? It is the earliest date available." 9 days after and when I call super stressed The Lady Just hang up in my face 2 times because I Was stressed asking for my refund and they really dont care about The customers are super terrible The customer attention ..... terrible experience With this company......and With my Wife some happens

    Cellphone repair

    I did an upgrade on my phone, with full on wifi, and a full battery, to note that my phone did not want to go on again!! Went to Samsung in Century city they send me to We Fix at Century city, my phone was kept for a week after they told me it will be ready for collection the next day,after several emails, i was told that the phone ' s motherboard went and it will cost R6816,00 then i emailed them i will rather collect it on the weekend as i dont have the money for that!! I waited long to received my phone on Saturday , the gentleman told me sorry mam we cant fix your phone!! Went after that to a Pakistan shop, where the guy fix my phone in seconds and free off charge, his unswer was that my screen has a crack and will be R4000 to be fixed!!!! My phone is working perfect!!! What is your unswer to this????? After i had to pay We Fix, and leaving store with a blank screen!!!! I tried to adress this complain, made several phone calls, with no sucsess, I m waiting for an response from team!! Thank you,
