Ordered this item a week ago supposed to be express delivery. They took my money but i still have no phone. Each time I email them they do not respond

I had a very positive experience with Fonegiant. I purchased a very good condition, iPhone X, from them and it arrived very next day and the item was better than I expected. They also included a free screen protector. Will definitely purchase again from them.
Samsung phone
There is nothing positive to say about this company. I have never written a poor review before but KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They took our payment, told us the item was dispatched. It never arrived. They told us it had not been dispatched and we would get a refund. No refund. We spoke to customer service at least 6 times. Each time we were told it would be resolved within 24 hours. It never was. Eventually PayPal took over and like magic we were suddenly refunded.
