My ipad pro was in an excellent working condition. I bought the ipad from O2. I sent it in its orginal box and all receipts in special delivery. I was stunned to get an email that you reduced quote from £250 to £50 becsue the ipad had no power . I think this is very unprofessional. The ipad was in a working condition and deserves more than £250. I have requested my ipad should be retuned in the condition i sent it. Its painful that i have been a loyal customer and i have been treated like this. The first trade in went smoothly without an issue . I cannot recommend you again and frankly, i will have to leave the network
No positives. Sent phone. It was delivered to o2 recycle on Thursday 9th January at 7.40 am now 15th and still no money. Thay say hasn't been delivered but Royal mail tracking says definitely delivered
Definitely do not use this service!!! Sent my phone to them then they reduced the initial value saying they found a fault and phone was marked even though my phone was in mint condition. I refused valuation and asked for my phone back. What I received back was not my black iPhone 7 but a silver scratched iPhone 6 with marked screen!!!After a few days they came back to me and shock horror said they had lost my phone. I only used this service to get some quick money even though I could have got more privately.this has been far from quick . When you phone they have no power to do anything and trying to get a response to emails is an absolute nightmare. I could go on but you get the picture. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
