We used OVH in the past 7 years. We offered them to everybody like other hosting companies and We used their services in Our companies. We were a multi OVH, SOYOUSTART user. We had no problem with them before. We planned to work with them for long.
We ordered a SOYOUSTART dedicated server 11 days ago late Friday, 20/08/2021 (with 120 second setup time). We paid with bank transfer. We waited until Tuesday than first ticket. Already in urgent after 7 days and we still looks like unpaid and they asking copy of evidence to plik.ovh or to the wetransfer. We prefer not to use wetransfer and plik.ovh come back with 403. All the details were still given and upload to our servers. Still nothing. No server. No answer.
Sorry we have no time for this we needed the server but not any more want the company money back to move on.
Simply put it:
1) Yearly dedicated server ordered (with 120 sec setup)
2) Full invoice paid
3) No server after 11 days
4) Want the company money back
5) Out of choice moving everything away
6) Deadline does not care about anything like this
= We do this comment to others not to be in the same situation where we are now.
