Contacted "host" from their site four weeks after receiving confirmation to ask about certain facilities. He had no booking and hadn´t worked with the firm for years but had a contract with another and was fully booked. The resort was 100% and we were due to travel pretty soon. 9flats cancelled the booking alleging "special circumstances" but the alternatives they offered as "available" were all full and "the host had not updated" their info, we were told. Awaiting a refund but no compensation. Disorganised holiday spoilers!
