    DO NOT USE! This company is a scam!!!

    DO NOT USE hotelsclick.com under any circumstances! They take your money and don't pay the hotel!! This company is a complete SCAM! They took my money in July for a vacation that we booked for November. I call the hotel the night before check in and the reservation was cancelled due to non payment! Hotelsclick.com did not pay the hotel but took my money!!! The hotel was in Mexico and we live in California. Stayed on hold for 4 1/2 hours and didn't get a hold of anyone. Also emailed every email I could find and got a standard response. Never received any explanation for the nonpayment. We didn't want to lose our airfare so we had to book a different hotel on our flight to Mexico. Booking with Hotelsclick,com was the single WORST experience ever! Will never, ever use them again! Please stay away from this company!

About HotelsClick
Launched in 2006, HotelsClick is an online reservation site for flights and hotels. This online travel agent specialises in getting their customers the best possible deals with access to more than 180,000 hotels throughout the world, catering to all kinds of customers from cheap bed and breakfasts to luxury resorts. Their flights search system is powered by Skyscanner and thus has access to all the available flight deals from all over the internet. 


Customer Services: What services does this company provide and what can they offer you?
In order to make a Hotel booking on HotelsClick the website requires that you indicate the city, area or hotel that you are interested in, the dates on which you will be checking in and out (as well as the option of not entering any if you do not yet know them) and finally the Room type (Double, Twin, Double plus 1 child, Twin plus 1 child, Twin for Sole use, Single, Triple, Quadruple). 

In order to book a flight on HotelsClick you are asked to indicate your origin city or airport, destination city or airport, number of adults, children and babies, seat grading (Economy, Premium, Business, First), departure date and if you know it, return date. By entering this information, it will produce all the available flight deals, to which you can apply filters such as the number of Stops, the Duration, the Price, the Airlines, the Times of departure and arrival and the Airports. 

Payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.
