IRELAND IS BREATHTAKING PLACE, and Imagin made my holiday
Back 5 months ago, I was looking forward for a vacation with my wife Isbella. We had earlier went for Switzerland, Thailand, Paris, Brazil, Italy, India and lot of other places. This time we were looking for somwhere un explored and new.
One of my friend was at vacations thorugh Imagine Ireland , I saw his pics on FB, it WAS BEAUTIFUL
I asked him, he told me ireland. but insisted to go for Imagine. I went there, explored packages, they helped on chosing and getting know what is best there. and Isbella and I loved what they are offering, Price was even fine, not very far from my budget traveling, especially when thereare lot of places, signtseeing, hotel included.
Booked a week stay at a property managed by Imagine Ireland. Then the Coronavirus hit. Had to cancel as it’s not advisable to travel and was only refunded 25% of the price paid. Was told that they ‘might be able to rebook‘ if the owner was agreeable but I would have to pay an increased price if the overall price was higher. I declined. I knew when booking that they had a strict cancellation policy but when flights are canceling, schools are closed indefinitely and entire countries are on lockdown, I feel they should amend the cancellation policy. If they’d even just offered 50% I would’ve been ok. But this ‘not our fault and we have obligations to our owners’ way of thinking is just not right. I will rebook my trip in the future but will avoid this company and would suggest others do the same. It’s actually probably for the best that I had to cancel as I’ve since read many reviews regarding poorly maintained properties and they don’t seem to care about that either. STAY AWAY!
