    Jet 2 holiday at the princessa playa menorca

    We travelled on June 14th to the Princessa Playa in Menorca. We have been to this Hotel many years and with Jet for the past 4 years. On arriving in Mahon when we picked up our suitcase we noticed that it was very very dirty. It looked like it had been left on the floor in the pooring rain.
    We had to rush to the coach and when we got to the hotel and further inspected the case it had no lock on it and where the lock had been was ripped.We managed to open the case and some of the clothes were wet.
    I phoned the help line and they told me that the representitive would contact me.
    Amy Hudson from Jet 2 phoned me and arranged to come to see the case the next day. She took photographs and phoned her manager but was first of all told that we should have reported it at the airport but as we explained we did not see the extent of the damage at first. Amy was wonderful and very concerned about me as I had a heart attack last year and was told to avoid stress.
    She came back to us later with good news that if we bought a new case Jet 2 would emburse us with the money.
    Amy continued to see us throughout our holiday and I want to say thankyou to her. We are in our 60s and have travelled many times and met many reps but Amy has been our best. So THANKS AGAIN AMY. Carol Hackney

    Our time with Jet2 was amazing from start to finish. The customer service we got was top-notch - the person we spoke to was really friendly, professional, and super helpful in helping us book our trip. It was a relief to actually talk to a real person instead of dealing with automated systems.

    The booking process itself was fast, simple, and well-organised. We were kept updated every step of the way, and all the important documents were sent to us quickly.

    While we were travelling, we met helpful staff both at the airport and at our destination. Their distinctive uniforms made them easy to spot and approach, which made everything even better.

    We were really happy with our first experience with Jet2 and can't wait to book with them again in the future.

    Quick and efficient holiday booking

    I recently went ahead and booked myself a holiday through this company, and on the whole, things went pretty well. The whole booking process was quite quick and efficient, and I was pretty pleased with the range of options they had on offer. When it came to checking in, the flight, transfer, and accommodation, everything was up to par and I didn't really have any big complaints about them. The only slight issue I had was with the super early pick-up and transfer to the airport for the journey back. I ended up at the airport way before the desks had even opened, which was a bit annoying. Thankfully, there was one member of staff who managed to help us out before the others got there, but it was still a bit of a hassle.

    Holiday to Santorini

    My trip to Santorini was amazing from start to finish. The flights went smoothly and the airline staff were all really nice and professional. The hotel we stayed at, Hotel Fenix, had a great pool and the rooms were super clean. The staff there were lovely and they even had some cute kittens hanging around. Although the hotel was a bit of a walk from the main area, it was really handy being close to a bus stop that made it easy to get around and see all the cool spots like Fira, Oia, and Santos Winery. The winery had the most stunning views and the wine and food were delicious. All in all, I had an incredible time in Santorini and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

    Disappointing seat allocation experience

    The seating process was a bit of a mess and I was confused. When I got on the plane, someone was already in my seat. I talked to a cabin crew member called Steph, but they didn't really seem to care and just said I could sit anywhere. I had actually paid for that seat and wanted to sit there. It was really annoying and disappointing that things were so disorganised. Also, we were delayed leaving Liverpool and had to wait ages on the coach in Alicante because passengers from another flight were joining us, which just made the whole experience even worse.

    First-time family holiday to Portugal

    Our first family holiday to Portugal was absolutely amazing. Everything went smoothly from the moment we left home. The flights were punctual, the transfers were efficient, and the hotel was even better than we expected. We were a little worried about the all-inclusive food options, especially because of our family's special dietary needs, but we were pleasantly surprised at how well they were able to accommodate us. The hotel staff were so friendly, the facilities were spotless, and the service was outstanding. It was a real treat to be able to relax and unwind from the minute we arrived. We will definitely be planning another holiday there in the future.

    Smooth booking process

    I thought the staff were really great - they were professional, but also really friendly and helpful all the way from when I first booked my trip, to when I checked in at the resort. The whole process, from booking to paying to flying from my local airport, was super straightforward. The accommodation and facilities were amazing, and the transfers and baggage allowances were a nice added bonus that made my holiday even better. I've always been impressed by the level of service I've received from this company, and I definitely plan on booking with them again in the future.

    Exceptional hotel staff

    The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic! They were always smiling and willing to assist us with anything we required. I've never encountered such cheerful and accommodating individuals. The entertainment at the hotel was first-rate, both during the day and in the evenings. Normally, I find hotel entertainment rather dull, but this place was incredibly enjoyable! The hotel was gorgeous and tastefully decorated, although the only downside was the toilets. They appeared a bit aged and a few of them were not functioning properly.

    Budapest holiday booking

    I had a brilliant time booking my trip to Budapest. The customer service I received from the team was top-notch, they were efficient and helpful from start to finish. The holiday pricing was great, offering good value for money. I received all the necessary trip details promptly and thoroughly, making me feel well-prepared and confident. Budapest is an absolutely gorgeous city with stunning architecture, tasty food, fantastic wine, and welcoming locals. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this amazing city.

    AX ODYCY Stay

    I stayed at the AX ODYCY recently and had a fantastic time! There were loads of sunbeds available, which was brilliant as I enjoy basking in the sun. The only downside was the lack of a large outdoor pool, but it didn't bother me much as I preferred heading to the beach. The Bugibba Bus Station was just a short walk away, but at times the buses were full when they arrived right outside the hotel. The sunsets near the hotel were stunning and only a 5-minute walk away. All in all, I had a great time during my stay!

    Holiday booking experience

    From start to finish, my holiday booking was a total nightmare. The website was difficult to use, and booking was far too complicated. Customer service was terrible, the staff were rude and not helpful at all. The prices were ridiculous, and hidden charges kept appearing. And as for the delivery of my holiday documents, they arrived just a day before I was due to leave, leaving me feeling stressed and unprepared. It was a total disaster and an experience I never want to go through again.

    Croatian holiday

    I had such a great time on my family holiday in Croatia! We booked our trip with a company that sounds a bit like BetDoHolidays (wink) and it was a blast. Our apartment was in Mlini and it was right by the little harbour, which was really cool. The owners, we'll just call them Deena and her husband, were the nicest people you could ever meet. Croatia is just so beautiful, I mean seriously stunning, and the locals were all really friendly and fun.

    4 Star Hotel Stay

    The 4-star hotel we stayed at was absolutely amazing! Everything was so well looked after, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the fresh towels every day. The staff, including the owner, were incredibly friendly and made sure we felt right at home. We even celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary there, and they went out of their way to make it really special. And don't even get me started on the food - it was truly outstanding, with so many delicious options to choose from.

    Recent holiday booking

    I've used the service a few times before and it's always been okay, but this time it wasn't great. On the way there, I was on an old plane with no personal TV screens, which was a bit annoying. Then, on the way back, even though there were screens, they weren't working. So, I had to endure a long 4 and a half-hour flight with no entertainment. It was pretty tedious.

    Holiday stay at a popular hotel

    Even though we've been to the hotel before, this time felt busier with more folks about. Luckily, there were still peaceful spots to chill out in. The majority of the staff were familiar faces, which gave us a warm and contented feeling throughout our visit. Our room in the main building had a beautiful sea view, but it was a shame we didn't have binoculars to make the most of it.

    Recent holiday at a popular resort

    My recent trip to this well-known resort was a bit of a mixed bag. The setting was stunning, the food was alright, and there were loads of things to do. But, at times, the place felt too crowded and finding a peaceful spot was a bit of a challenge. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss, and I felt like I could do with more variety. Despite all this, I did manage to get a good night's kip in my roomy accommodation. It was my second time visiting this resort in the past year, and while I had a good time, I'm not sure if I'd go back in the future.
