    Budget flight booking

    Booking a cheap flight through this service was pretty simple and easy. I was quite happy to find out that lots of airlines include carry-on and cabin baggage in their prices, which saved me some money. However, I did have a small delay in getting my full itinerary after booking. Still, I made sure to keep things in check by getting in touch with both the booking service and the airline. Within 72 hours, everything was sorted and good to go for my trip. I'm excited to give a more detailed update on how my experience with this service has been once my journey is done.

    Self-transfer booking

    The customer service at this company is just brilliant, to be honest. I was really pleased when they picked up my call after just two rings, and the person I spoke to was so patient and helpful in helping me find my booking. It's not just the service that's great though, I've had a really good experience with the company as a whole.     Bag check-in and payment issue

    So, I had this bit of drama when I was trying to check in my bags and pay with my Visa card. It was quite annoying because the whole system just froze, and I couldn't do a thing. I started panicking because I had no other options, like paying with cash at the airport or even getting my boarding pass online. Thankfully, this guy from customer service, Nevin, came to my rescue and figured out a way to cancel the messed up payment so I could finally check in. It's just really complex with all these changing rules and additional charges for luggage at the airport.

    I received an email telling me that my boarding pass was available on the app, but when I looked for it, I couldn't find it at all! I thought to myself, "Oh no, what should I do now?" I decided to give them a call and the person on the phone was incredibly helpful. They guided me through resetting the app, and just like that, my boarding passes appeared! The customer service was excellent, and I felt so relieved knowing that I didn't have to worry about it anymore.

    Flight booking refund

    I had to get a refund for a flight booking I made by mistake not long ago.     I attempted to book a flight on this website going from Jakarta to Incheon, but they were so slow in confirming my booking. The flight was approaching quickly, so I had to cancel before it was officially confirmed. And you know what? They didn't refund my payment in full, only returning a small portion in the form of their own credit. It's such a scam! This company is absolutely terrible, I advise you to steer clear if you value your sanity. Spare yourself the hassle and make sure to check reviews before throwing away your hard-earned money and time.

    Refund process

    My experience with getting a refund has been really annoying. I asked for my money back six months ago, but I still haven't got it despite several efforts. Kiwi.com asked for a refund certificate from the airline, but the airline said they already gave me back my money five months ago. This whole situation has been so frustrating, and I feel like my problem isn't being treated seriously. I'm not going to give up until I get my refund sorted out.

    Flight booking mishap

    I've recently booked a flight for a trip to Canada in August, but unfortunately, the confirmation email showed that the flight was actually scheduled for October. I tried to get in touch with customer service straight away, but despite my best efforts, I couldn't get through in time. Finally, when I did manage to speak to someone, I was informed that nothing could be done as the confirmation email had already been sent out. It left me out of pocket by over €700 due to this mistake and lack of assistance from the company. Needless to say, I won't be using their service again.
