    i am huge huge huge fan of Neilson! they are the best ! i have never experienced such good services in my life. I must say its very easy to book the holidays and the services are outstanding. apart from this, what i like about them that i can easily contact them

    This was a great company- once - have had many happy holidays, both my children worked there for a total of ten seasons. Decided to go with them again this week - agreed and paid for, with a small staff discount. 2 hours said someone had made a mistake - need to pay an extra 10%. Then dealing with staff, to be honest like dealing with children, no common sense. So cancelled - pity - went to Mark Warner last year as Nielson was closed. Was pleasant, but felt a loyalty to Nielson. Now will try Mark Warner again, they seem much better than it was some 20 years, when we started with Nielson

    Ski holiday

    Really shocked to receive an email yesterday from Neilson now saying we cannot have a refund untill September. I have an email on the 18th March confirming a refund would be in my bank within 28 days. What is going on? I have emailed them today and they have told me that it's a recommendation from Atol, but from reading everyone's
    comments this is clearly not the case. We have traveled with Neilson for the last 5 years, summer and winter, I've always had such good things to say but this has left me never wanting to travel with them again, what a shame. How much damage are they doing to there customer service. Neilson you need to think again. Very badly done

That means you can go on a beachclub holiday, but also a tennis holiday, adult only holiday, cycling holiday, family holiday or water sports holiday. Their beachclub activities include water skiing, dinghy sailing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, windsurfing, wakeboarding, mountain biking, fitness, kitesurfing, scuba diving, swimming and more. There is even a triathlon training camp. Most beachclubs offer a kid’s club for young children. And there is often a spa & wellness centre that you can visit. Their sailing holidays have their own separate category. You can go on a yacht or flotilla. There is also a sailing course for people that have never sailed before. They even have a stay & sail holiday. This holiday means that you spend the first week of your holiday either relaxing or learning how to sail. The week after, you will get on your yacht and discover a different route every day. They will show you the best Ionian coastlines. Not much of a lover of sun and water?
