Are you in search of a luxury 5-star hotel experience? Then Red Carnation Hotels may have something that interests you, with their 17 boutique destinations in the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Switzerland and the USA. Let us know about your experience with them and what you would say to anyone considering staying in one of their destinations.
Red Carnations story begins in 1950 when the Founder and President of the group, Bea Tollman, started a chain of hotels in South Africa, before moving to the UK in 1975 before eventually buying the Chesterfield and Milestone Hotel in London, the latter of which is now their flagship establishment. With 17 locations in the Red Carnation portfolio, it is now part of The Travel Corporation (TTC), which itself has 30 international travel destinations and an array of travel companies. Red Carnation Hotels champions itself as a bastion of hospitality, respect and memorable experiences, both for its clientele but also its staff, meaning their staff loyalty now exceeds the industry average. It attributes this to the love of hospitality and good cuisine of its founder Bea, shown by her publication of a book of her ‘all time favourite recipes’ in 2009. They also pride themselves on giving back to local communities, making an asserted effort to contribute to local communities through various charitable organisations, which they also list on their website.
Here’s a succinct overview of a few of the 17 hotels
Red Carnation has one central website address from which you can see the locations of their hotels, and book a room in a chosen hotel, or alternative you can be taken to those individual hotels’ websites. It then also divides the strengths of its hotels into a set of experiences, which include accommodation, food and drink, spa and well-being, with what it sees at the hotels that best embody those aspects presented to the customer, such as Ashford Castle for one of the best views or their South African hotels for a spa treatment. The final set of services offered on their website is a series of London offers, such as tours or river cruises. Alternatively, it is possible to approach the booking not from a location point of view, but by occasion, such a wedding, conference or other celebrations for which the website then recommends locations before allowing the customer to book for specifics.
If you have visited one of their locations around the world, would you say their values and championing of hospitality was reflected in your experience? How memorable an experience was it, both in terms of the room, the location and the cuisine? Perhaps you had an interaction with one of the hotels staff members which stuck out for you. Leave all your feedback, positive and negative, in a review so future customers can get a feel for the hotels, and so Red Carnation can hear how they are doing.

The red incarnation hotels are such a treat to experience, the lavish and luxurious hospitality, cheerful customer assistance, efficient management. even with some issue, I personally saw the staff coming out of solution and absolute care., that's something extraordinary these days.
I went for their hotel in London, The Milestone Hotel & Residences, it was unexplainably beautiful and exotic. I stayed for 3 days there,
