    Coimbra event Bocelli

    I attended the Concerto de Andrea Bocelli on the 25th of June order number 68238702.

    We were sat in a completely different location to that according to what we had purchased. This appears to have affected about three hundred other people. We complained (along with every one else) to the organisers but nothing was done. It is impossible to complain to See Tickets. They ask you for details but their data base doesn't have any record of your order! The seats we received were grade Z compared to the seats we paid for. Frankly we were ripped off!
