The general job was fun and enjoyable, you are able to boost your customer service skills and learn how to work well under pressure. However, I left due to personal bullying by staff and management, I was belittled by management various times, treated with little respect and disregarded when I wanted to make a complaint about a specific manager bullying me, they also ignored bullying by staff members. Management would put enormous pressure on staff to do extra shifts they didn't ask for and would be sarcastic when you said you were unable to do them. Then staff were very unsupportive and when there was an issue with one staff member they would all get involved and take issues to social media which led to me being treated very poorly by other staff members. There would also be favourite staff members for management meaning some staff would be treated really well, whereas those unliked would be treated unequally. I have never worked in such a negative environment and would steer everyone away from this place. However if you want to be bullied for such small pay, this is the place for you.
