Do your self a massive favour do not touch these cowboys.
The company is the worst and I feel sorry for the folk who have to work for this sorry excuse of an online bank
I've lost count of how many messages I have sent them.Alwats try to worm their way out of it.
Do what I have done request every single bit of information electronic footprints the lot through the freedom of information act.
I've requested it 3 times now and if they do not provide the information requested they are breaking the law.you pay for the use of the account so you are more than entitled to see who is accessing your account when they are accessing it and what is being done.
All direct debits cancelled down without permission causing me to get charges for late payments now.
They don't know the difference between a faster payment out and a standing order.
They have the cheek to charge for transactions when they can't even manage your account suffiently

Hello my account has been frozen with 5000 I have already bocking a lawyer to take them in the court.
My account has just been blocked with 3000 and no reply from customer support, I will reported to FCA and Ombudsman

Do not ever use ever under any circumstance, they are well known to be dishonest thievs! Read more reviews and you start seeing the same things over and over..... If they suspend your account you will never see your cash ever again
Helpful Account to use
It was an easy to open account and has some good features. Their service was smooth and my issue was resolved quickly over their Facebook messenger.
It helps me to budget my money so that I can plan my expenses better.mate, are you smoking or what? this so called online bank is under investigation. fraud a nd scam bank
the non bank that acts like a bank but not big enough
was relatively easy to get account but then realised why . they charge you for some pretty standard things but if you dont do a lot of banking and therefore incur not a lot of charges there is a "review" and your account is threatened with closure and they cancelled my wifes though only after i pointed out i will have her wages paid into an actual bank because we gave these guys a try after bank charged us for their mistake nearly costing us a ton of money and taking too long to sort . got the money back but took a lot of red tape from banking laws etc hence this tryout of this " non bank ". just like a bank but filled with charges , mistakes, bad customer service and forget about instant or even fast. today can stretch well over 24 hrs during the week and weekends just live forever
fraud on my account and i am temporary ban from access the website
i lost my card and discovered that somebody has used my card in some fraudulent transactions, i reported the card lost/stolen and should complained about transactions on my account, the u account team member that spoke to me promised to send me a refund form and that she will contact the merchant, may wage got paid into the account last week Friday and i started paying my credit card and somebody that i owe only for me to discover that i have been block from access the online account, i do not know what has happened and i still have money in the account. i have never had a reason to complain before but now i am worried.

Uaccount are big time thugs they steal your money they’ve been holding over £2,000 of my money I constantly email them but they come back with the same replies to check the Q & A or their help page but that’s rubbish too please let this be a lesson to anyone who is trying to bank with them I beg you not to they will take your money restrict your card and you won’t get a penny back they are a bunch of thieves! They have no phone number!
