Do not ever use ever under any circumstance, they are well known to be dishonest thievs! Read more reviews and you start seeing the same things over and over..... If they suspend your account you will never see your cash ever again
It was an easy to open account and has some good features. Their service was smooth and my issue was resolved quickly over their Facebook messenger.

was relatively easy to get account but then realised why . they charge you for some pretty standard things but if you dont do a lot of banking and therefore incur not a lot of charges there is a "review" and your account is threatened with closure and they cancelled my wifes though only after i pointed out i will have her wages paid into an actual bank because we gave these guys a try after bank charged us for their mistake nearly costing us a ton of money and taking too long to sort . got the money back but took a lot of red tape from banking laws etc hence this tryout of this " non bank ". just like a bank but filled with charges , mistakes, bad customer service and forget about instant or even fast. today can stretch well over 24 hrs during the week and weekends just live forever
i lost my card and discovered that somebody has used my card in some fraudulent transactions, i reported the card lost/stolen and should complained about transactions on my account, the u account team member that spoke to me promised to send me a refund form and that she will contact the merchant, may wage got paid into the account last week Friday and i started paying my credit card and somebody that i owe only for me to discover that i have been block from access the online account, i do not know what has happened and i still have money in the account. i have never had a reason to complain before but now i am worried.
