Monthly meat purchase
I recently bought some meat from this company on a monthly basis and I must say, I'm really impressed with the quality of their products. The chicken breast is definitely the tastiest I've ever had, and the sausages are just so delicious. I've noticed that the sausages have much less fat when cooking them, which makes me think they're mainly made of meat rather than additives. However, I was a bit let down by the steak as it was quite fatty and tough. But the savings compared to supermarkets are really great and have helped me save money on my weekly shopping. I would definitely recommend giving this company a try at least once.
Protein-packed food items
I'm afraid I had a bit of a problem with my delivery order. I asked for it to be dropped off outside while I was home, but the delivery person from the courier company didn't want to do it and just drove away. It was really annoying to see that happen, especially when I was there waiting for it. However, I have to say, the customer service team at the store were fantastic. Tony was really quick to sort it out and put in a new order for me. Even though the courier messed up, I really appreciate how efficient and helpful the staff at the store were. This whole situation hasn't put me off ordering from them again in the future.
High protein, low fat, ready meals
I bought some high protein, low-fat ready meals from this company recently. Unfortunately, when they were delivered, they got damaged by the courier and had to be thrown away. I got in touch with the company's customer service, and I have to say, they were fantastic. They said sorry for the hassle caused by their courier and quickly said they'd send out another order for me. They dealt with the situation really well and made sure my replacement order was sorted out promptly. I was really impressed by the excellent customer service I received, with no hassle at all.
Low carb diet food
I've been with this company for a few months now and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of their low carb diet food. They offer a great range of products that make it a cost-effective way for me to eat healthily. I did have a small problem with my delivery back in January, but the customer service team, especially Tony, really went the extra mile to sort it out for me. I was so impressed with how quickly they fixed the issue and how well they looked after me.

Hey guys, I just have to share with you about this meat delivery I received recently. So, I used to order from this place when I was really into looking after my health and fitness. It was top-notch back then, but then I took a break from ordering for a bit. Anyways, I decided to give it another go and oh my goodness, the meat was absolutely fantastic! The quality was superb and the prices were really reasonable. I am totally blown away!
Tasty meat order
I've just got my hands on some delicious meats from this place and I couldn't be happier. The delivery arrived promptly and the quality was spot on. Not to mention, it was really reasonably priced too, which was a pleasant surprise. I made a mistake with my email address, but Theo from customer service was a real gem. He assured me that everything was sorted and that DPD would be contacting me soon. I'll definitely be placing another order here in the future!
Chicken, sausages, and steaks
The meat from Muscle Food is honestly the best I've ever tasted, no doubt about it. I've been ordering from them for a whole 6 months now and haven't had a single problem. The new website had a few issues in the beginning, but they've sorted it all out now. I only rely on Muscle Food for my meat, and I've been recommending them to everyone I know. Well done, Muscle Food, keep up the good work!
Bought lots of chicken
I ended up getting loads of chicken because it was such a good deal, but then I had to cancel my order. The customer support was actually really good. They got back to me super quick and sorted everything out in just a few hours. They even let me keep the food even though they had already refunded me by mistake. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and I'll be using their service again in the future.
yummy snacks
The snacks are really yummy and great for a quick nibble between meals. But I've noticed that the company's marketing can be a bit harsh at times. They post things on Instagram that can make people feel guilty about their food choices, and that's not nice. They even share quotes from someone shouting at food in the supermarket - like, what's that all about?
Purchased a variety of meats, including mince beef, chicken, and steaks.
I recently got some meats from this company - mince beef, chicken, and steaks. The chicken was pretty good, but I was really let down by the steaks and mince. The steaks had loads of gross fat that wasn't tasty at all, just tough and yucky. And the mince was rough and hard to cook, which was a shame because I couldn't enjoy it.
Imported meat
So, this was my first time ordering from here and I have to admit, the meat was alright, I suppose. However, I was disappointed to find out that it's all imported and not British. I mean, I should've looked into that earlier, but never mind. We'll still eat it, but probably won't order again because of that.
3 chicken breast packs
I bought three packs of chicken breasts and I have to admit, I was really let down. The delivery was fine and they kept me informed, but the chicken itself was not good quality. It came in bags full of water which ended up leaking everywhere, making a mess in my fridge. When I was dividing it up to freeze, I found one of the bags was torn open, so I had to throw it all away. It was a waste of food and money. I wouldn't suggest buying meat from them online - it's better to just go to the store. I ended up wasting more than I saved. When I got in touch with them about the problem, they asked for pictures of the meat and packaging. Like I would keep raw chicken lying around for a photoshoot! It was all very annoying and disappointing.
High protein meat selection
The high-protein meat selection I got from Muscle Food was alright, but I thought the quality was just okay. Like many others have said, the meat doesn't last too long, so you need to think ahead and either eat it soon or freeze it straight away. It's not as good as what you'd get from a proper butcher, but it's just as good as, or sometimes even better than, supermarket meat. The prices were alright and reasonable, so it's a decent choice for people wanting to up their protein intake.
Quality meat purchase
I was really pleased with the meat I got, it was top quality. Everything looked fresh, was nicely packaged, and tasted amazing once cooked. I've always been impressed by how good the stuff from this company is.

I was well chuffed with my order from this place, you know. I always enjoy getting my stuff from there because the food is top-notch. There was this one time when I had an issue with the delivery, but the company sorted everything out for me, even though it wasn't their fault. Fair play to them.
Meat hampers and ready meals
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, regularly buying meat hampers and ready meals. Lately, though, I've noticed a big price increase across all their products. I get that it might be because of external factors, but still disappointing. And to make matters worse, my recent orders have had lots of errors and missing items. In the past, there were a few mistakes, but they always got sorted out quickly. But now, the customer service quality has gone downhill. Every time I get in touch, I end up speaking to a different person who doesn't know about my previous calls. It's frustrating having to explain everything all over again, and sometimes the responses I get are totally off-topic and full of mistakes. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and attention to detail. Sadly, I'll be looking into other options for my meal prep needs moving forward.
