Affordable clothing items
I recently bought some really cheap clothes from this shop. The prices were brilliant, but I got a bit worried when I didn't get an email or receipt for my order. Despite that, my stuff arrived really quickly, just two days later with regular delivery. I reckon it's a good idea for others to take a screenshot of their order just in case anything goes wrong. In my opinion, the shop should definitely send out a confirmation email to put customers at ease about their purchase. Generally, I was happy with what I got and how fast it came.
Adidas oznovas, £31, delivered
I recently bought a pair of Adidas Ozweego sneakers from this shop for £31, and delivery was also included. I was really pleased to see that the shoes came with not only one but five extra sets of laces in different colours. The laces they had on at the start were a tad too bright for me, but having a choice of options was a great idea. Even though I was a bit unsure about ordering from 18montrose for the first time, I can say that my order went really smoothly with no issues at all.
trainers
I bought a pair of trainers from this shop not long ago. Although I had seen some mixed reviews, I thought I'd give it a go, and I'm glad I did. The trainers got to me quickly and the communication from start to finish was excellent. I got emails at every stage, from confirming my order to letting me know it had been shipped. It really put my mind at ease and made the whole process easy and simple. I'll definitely think about shopping here again in the future.
Nice products but..
One set of Nike shoes and two Canada Goose jacket I ordered as per given guidelines by 18 Montrose
But they delivered two days late as commitment made through their declaration. No complaints for products,no complaints for packing standard,no complaints for cost, but this part of delivery was concerned.I raised my issue with their customers services, though they assured ,this will not repeated again.

I ordered two things but I never received any emails or order number from them! I wasted so much time dealing with their stupid AI bot and speaking to their unhelpful customer service. They claimed they sent me the information several times, but I never got it, not even in my spam folder. I even reported this suspicious transaction to PayPal.
Nike GoreTex shoe purchase
I purchased these awesome GoreTex shoes from 18montrose last year. They were brilliant but then they started letting in water. When I asked for a refund, they refused! They claimed that a small tear is just normal wear and tear. But seriously, these shoes are meant to be waterproof! I've had other faulty products replaced or refunded by the manufacturer before, so why can't they do the same for these shoes?
ACG tee
I took a bit of a chance even though some people weren't too keen on it, but I went ahead and ordered in the evening and amazingly, it arrived really quickly the next day. The prices were great and the delivery was spot on. I made a mistake with the size, but Stephen in the chat was incredibly helpful and got it all sorted for me. Now I've got the perfect fitting tee, and I'm absolutely chuffed! 🙌
Leather and suede shoes
I'm really happy with my new shoes from this place! I got myself a pair of leather and suede Adidas trainers, and they look really great. I was a little anxious about buying from a website I hadn't used before, but my order arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The quality is fantastic, and I would definitely suggest checking out this store if you're after some stylish new shoes.
Yeezy 500
I managed to snag the last pair of Yeezy 500 on a Friday evening, and they were shipped really fast over the Bank Holiday weekend. I was a bit concerned at first due to the negative reviews, but everything actually went really well. I was also impressed with the emails they sent. My only gripe was with the packaging - receiving expensive shoes in just a plastic bag felt a bit cheap in my opinion!
Trainers purchase
I ignored all the bad reviews and went for it by ordering some trainers from this shop. To my surprise, the package arrived quickly and everything went without a hitch. It was a really easy and hassle-free experience, which has given me the confidence to shop with them again in the future.

I bought a pair of shoes from this shop not long ago and all in all, I'm pretty happy with how it all went. The cost was fair, the shoes were just what I wanted, and they arrived quite quickly. Although I did have a few problems with ordering and communication along the way.
Trainers and hoodie
I recently got some really cool trainers and a great hoodie from this store, but honestly, it was a total nightmare. The website promised one thing, but when my order arrived, it was completely wrong! I had to send everything back, and it took ages to get a small refund. The customer service lot were so unhelpful, making mistakes and no one took responsibility. I definitely won't be shopping there again, mate.
CP Company Jumper
I recently bought a CP Company jumper from the website and it has been an absolute nightmare, to be honest. Once the money was deducted from my account, I didn't get any email confirming my order or a reference number. I tried to contact customer services through email, but got no response at all. The online chat was no better, there were very few options and no way to actually talk to a person. It's frustrating and unacceptable. Shopping online is meant to be easy and quick, but 18montrose has made it the total opposite for me. How am I going to get my money back or even receive the jumper I paid for?
Raffle entry
What a complete mess! I entered a raffle and haven't heard anything back at all. No email, no response on Instagram, no refund - absolutely nothing. They've had my money and my patience for too long now. It's time they sorted it out!
Shoes
I bought some shoes the other day, and I've got to say, I'm not very happy with the customer service I've received. They only reply to emails, and it takes ages for them to get back to you. When I asked about sizes, they just gave me a standard answer that didn't help with the specific brand I was asking about. So now, I've ended up with shoes that don't fit because the manufacturer's size chart was wrong. I'm currently waiting for them to sort out the return label.
Shoes
I bought some shoes from this shop recently, and to be honest, it's been a total nightmare trying to sort things out with them. But now, weeks have gone by and I still haven't got the replacement or any news on my order. It's just not on how they're not keeping me in the loop or following through on what they promised.
Rick Owens jacket
I recently bought a Rick Owens jacket from the website and was really looking forward to getting it. But, the whole ordering and delivery process turned out to be a big let down. I got a message saying my order had been shipped, so I waited for updates on the tracking, but nothing showed up. Worried, I contacted customer service for help and they just said to wait while they looked into it. Even after waiting for a while, there was no solution, so I had to keep reminding them. Eventually, they said to wait another 3-5 business days. It was only after I kept on pushing that they admitted the parcel had been lost in the warehouse. The whole thing was so frustrating and completely unacceptable.
Adidas trainers in wrong size
I bought some trainers online, but they showed up too small. I returned them and got a larger size. It took ages for the new ones to arrive, but they finally did, which is great! However, I'm still waiting for the refund on the first pair. I've tried emailing them, but no one is getting back to me. So, I had to reach out to my credit card company for assistance. Not a great situation, to be honest!
Large order during a sale
I recently bought a lot of stuff in a sale at this store. Sadly, my order was meant to be delivered by DPD to my neighbour, who wasn't home when they tried to drop it off. Despite my neighbour saying they never got the package and the signature being fake, 18montrose was no help at all. They just kept saying that DPD's proof of delivery was enough, even though there was no proof the driver actually left it anywhere. They even suggested I get the police involved or take legal action against my neighbour, which I thought was out of line. All in all, I thought their customer service was pretty poor and they didn't handle the situation well at all.
