Camouflage fleece for son, fleece jacket for brother, fleece and t-shirts for myself
As a first time buyer, I was really impressed with the range and quality of products on the website. I usually stick to Columbia, but when I came across your site while looking for a camouflage top for my son, I thought I'd give it a try. I ended up buying the Camber II Mens Half-Zip Fleece in Camouflage and Idris III Mens Full-Zip Fleece for my son, as well as the Snowdon II Mens Full-Zip Fleece Jacket for my brother. I also treated myself to the Raso Womens Fleece, Camber II Melange Half-Zip, and a few t-shirts.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit of the products - they were even better than I expected. My son is thrilled with his new fleece too. I have to give a shoutout to Joanne for her excellent customer service - she sorted out a Gateway error promptly when I was trying to use a survey discount at the checkout. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience and I'll definitely be back for more outdoor gear. Keep up the great work!Recent online purchase
I just wanted to say that the customer service I got was amazing. Joanne was really professional, super friendly, and showed she cared. She went above and beyond with how quickly she sorted everything out from when I first called to when it was all resolved. I was feeling pretty annoyed with Canada Post and the delivery mess, but Joanne's help has made me trust online shopping with this company again. I'm ready to keep supporting this brand now. Home Delivery Issue Resolution
I had a bit of bother with a delivery from this company not long ago. But I have to say, I was really impressed with the great customer service I got from Louise in store and Joanne from customer services. They really made an extra effort to sort out the delivery problem quickly and efficiently. I'm grateful for their professionalism and commitment to making sure customers are happy. It's good to know there are people out there who genuinely care about fixing issues and giving top-notch support once you've made a purchase.
Outdoor jacket
I was so mad when the delivery guy said he'd dropped off my order, but I couldn't find the package anywhere. I'd been home all day, no one had rung the doorbell, and my usual hiding spot was empty. I called the customer service team at the outdoor gear company, and surprisingly, Dot W was really helpful. They sorted out a replacement order straight away and made sure to keep me informed throughout. Despite getting annoyed at first, I was actually quite impressed with how quickly they fixed the problem.
Faulty sandals
The sandals I got for my holiday were terrible! They started falling apart after just a few days of wearing them. I had to go and get my money back, but it was really frustrating because the reviews online made them sound great! It turns out, the reviews aren't trustworthy as they only ask certain people to leave feedback. So, don't rely on reviews!
Trekking boots purchase
I bought a pair of trekking boots from this store not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good quality and comfy they are. I got them for a walking trip, and they did brilliantly, just like they said they would. I ended up deciding to return the other pair I bought, but I missed the deadline. When I called customer service, they were really nice and quick to help me out by extending the return date.
Specialised spot for outdoor activity clothes, fantastic!
I was quite mesmerized by the fact that a website is there, especially providing outdoor activities, sports-based clothing or clothing, accessories for adventurers and sportsperson.
They have special accessories, clothing and much more for hikers, mountain climbers, divers, skidivers, campers and what not.
I usually indulge myself pretty much different sports, travel and adventure.

I have to say, I was really pleased with the customer service I got on the online chat. I had some questions about a jacket for outdoors I liked, and the person I spoke to was fast to reply and really helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the information they gave me. It's not that usual to find such quick and kind service, so I have to give them credit where credit's due. All in all, a good experience that has made me more likely to buy the jacket.
Waterproof jacket and hiking boots
I recently bought a waterproof jacket and hiking boots from this store and I absolutely adore them! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Nik who assisted me in finding the ideal sizes and gave me thorough information about the products. The prices were fantastic as well, I managed to snag a really good bargain on both items. Now, with my new gear, I feel like a genuine adventurer, fully prepared to tackle any adventure that comes my way!
Walking shoes replacement
Yeah, so I bought these walking shoes which I thought were really awesome, but they ended up falling apart on me. I was proper gutted! However, I contacted this lovely lady named Gail, and she was absolutely fantastic. She didn't make any excuses, she just went ahead and ordered me a new pair. Gail, you're a star! I'm really looking forward to receiving my new shoes and hitting the trails once again! 😊
Missing item resolution
I had a problem where an item was missing from my delivery. I contacted customer service and I was really happy with how Joanne dealt with it. She got back to me quickly and sorted everything out by arranging for the missing item to be sent to me. I was really impressed by the excellent customer service I got and how quickly they fixed the issue.
Waterproof trousers too big
I bought these waterproof trousers online and when they came, they were massive, mate. I reached out to this girl called Danielle Stevens and she quickly sorted it out. She was really helpful and solved my issue in a jiffy.
Walking pole
The staff were absolutely brilliant when I told them my walking pole had broken. They said I could either get a refund or a new one, so I went for the new one. The next day, I received an email letting me know that it was already on its way - talk about fast service!
Click and collect query
I have to admit, I made a mistake with my click and collect order - I forgot to choose next day delivery. But, Christine and Dastan were so helpful and really went out of their way to help me. I was really impressed by their customer service and would definitely suggest using live chat for any questions or issues in the future.
Outdoor jacket
I was really let down by the delivery service from the courier company. They told me my order would come the next working day, but it actually arrived the day after that. It was really annoying, especially as I had plans for outdoor activities. I think Evri is not very dependable and they don't seem to care much about customer service.
Waterproof hiking boots
I accidentally chose delivery instead of click and collect because I struggled on my tiny iPhone screen. But, I'm quite happy with how quickly and politely they dealt with my request to cancel the order. The customer service team sorted out my mistake efficiently and gave me clear instructions on how to cancel, which was a great part of their service. All in all, I had a really great experience.
Two pairs of isodry walking shoes
This is ridiculous! I purchased two pairs of Isodry walking shoes from this place and both insoles collapsed into the hollow soles. The heels on the last pair wore out in just 5 months, now you can see right through them! Neither pair are even water-resistant. I definitely won't be shopping there again!
Faulty product refund
I recently got a dodgy product from this company, which hardly ever happens. But the customer service lady I spoke to, Abbie, was really helpful and sorted it all out quickly. She gave me a refund within an hour of me telling her about the problem. I was honestly so impressed with how well she dealt with everything.
Children's footwear order
Dave down at the Southwold store for outdoor gear really took care of me when it came to getting the kids' shoes I was after. He went out of his way to check what they had in stock, ordered the right size for me, and didn't charge extra for it. He even sorted out a discount and got it delivered for free. Now that's what you call customer service at its best.
