Oakley “Tumbleweed 0.5” prescription glasses.
I can’t understand the negative comments about this company which all seem to relate to the same product, Chanel!
My own experience was beyond first class. I live 375 miles away from their store so made my purchase of some Oakley prescription glasses online. They sent me the glasses for me to try on for fitment, had a picture taken of them on my face and sent the glasses back to Pretavoir along with the images so they could make the adjustments needed for them to fit, just like you would get if you went into any high street opticians.
All postage was free and packaging supplied, the service was fast and all communication was great from the start of my purchase until the end. I received the glasses I ordered with the prescription lenses which I had sent them the relevant prescription details for in very good time and very well packaged. A brand new pair of prescription Oakley glasses at a price much better than available anywhere else and yes they are certainly genuine and if the highest quality which you get with Oakley. The whole experience of my purchase and the quality of my glasses which are not cheap or fake was again first class. They arrived and fitted perfectly out of the case and the lenses are of the same quality you would find anywhere. So overall a very happy and satisfied customer and I have just had my latest eye test and new prescription needed and I wouldn’t hesitate in buying my next new glasses from Pretavoir.
Time to go through their catalogue and choose my next new pair and may even get a pair of sunglasses too this time. ????Sunglasses
My wife ordered Chanel glasses. What arrived was a faulty pre used frame that Chanel told me they no longer manufacture. It even came an authenticity card from another shop! Contacted the website and called them but the service was rude and dismissive.
I’m not surprised there are so many reviews about the site selling fakes.Hi Mike, just to clarify this for everyone, prior to purchasing a pair of Chanel sunglasses from the website, I actually emailed CHANEL to ask about Pretavoir specifically, and they confirmed that this is an authorised retailer!
Hi MT, just to clarify my wife was told they are no longer authorised to sell Chanel frames. Our bank raised a counterfeit clam against pretavoir and we got our money back. Others should do the same.
Your wife is mistaken. Pretavoir is an authorised retailer. I cannot understand why you choose to make misleading comments without proper research..

I was very pleased with the way in which my order was processed, excellent communications and upon arrival beautiful packaging. The price was higher than some other sites however I would expect that the slight premium was worth it. I would recommend to others, without reservation.
Fake Sunglasses and scam company
Fake Dior sunglasses! I had a Dior Technologic sunglasses for 3 years bought from Dior store in Manhattan. Recently somebody stole it, so I ordered the exact model and color from this website. When they sent me my order, as soon as I opened the box, I got shocked because of the difference from my original one. I could easily notice that lenses are fake because I had it before. If a buyer buy this for the first time, she would think that this is authentic. The lenses were much more light color and clear. Then I called them, and they accepted the lenses were changed but they accused DIOR that they hadn’t test the product before release!!!! Which is impossible. I never ever again will shop anything from them; because you pay the price for original but you’ll get fake!
This customer is mistaken and misleading and worrying other customers. All items we sell are official genuine stock.It is the case that even brands such as Dior can have lapses in QC. I would urge any prospective customer reading this review to disregard it and do further research and/or contact our office or indeed Dior.
Sean, I think we all know who is misleading who. So much for respecting your customer. Or do you see us all as victims? You don't have bad reviews on here for nothing.

Factory seconds explains the price. Poor slow service
Positive - price seemed reasonable
Negatives (grab a chair) - slow replies to emails. slow delivery. poor quality lenses. unprofessional replies. lenses don't last more than 8mths without looking old (I have 5yr old glasses in better condition). short staffed. ex employees confirming old scratched stock is sold.
